　　13、從上面的案例可以發(fā)現(xiàn)zara的又一問題，面對消費(fèi)者的投訴和質(zhì)疑zara的反應(yīng)是失聲+“耳背”。面對著質(zhì)量質(zhì)疑，zara選擇習(xí)慣性地沉默，西班牙服裝品牌zara面對質(zhì)疑于20xx年4月25日發(fā)表了聲明，首次回應(yīng)商品質(zhì)量問題。但聲明中對關(guān)鍵問題避重就輕。

　　14、導(dǎo)致這些問題的原因是什么呢？我們做了以下分析.
