          B:技能目標(biāo): 學(xué)會(huì)日常交際用語,談?wù)撊掌诘,?huì)詢問或回答生日,年齡。

          Unit 7 lesson51 When is your birthday?

          [教具準(zhǔn)備]

          1. 錄音機(jī),掛歷,卡片

          2. 提前問清楚學(xué)生的生日,以及上課那天過生日的同學(xué)

          [教學(xué)過程]

          Step One : Greetings and warm up

          ( The teacher comes into the classroom with a calendar which is turning to December 5th )

          1.T: Let’s sing the Good morning song. ( Sing the song together)

          2.T: Revise the numbers from 1 to 31 by counting the students i n class. Ask the students to count the students together。

          (通過唱歌的形式調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)參與積極性,并且讓學(xué)生重溫韻律為后面的生日歌曲奠定基礎(chǔ)。復(fù)習(xí)1到31英文數(shù)字為后面的日期的讀法做好準(zhǔn)備。)

          Step Two : Presentation

          1. Show them the calendar, and ask “ What’s the date today?” and help the student answer “ It’s December 5th.” By looking at the calendar. Tell them the more dates with the calendar.

          2. Ask a boy “ When is your birthday ?” and help him with Chinese . He can speak the date in Chinese .Then let him repeat in English.

          3. Notice the dates , and write the question and the answer on the blackboard .

          4. Teach the dates’ words and write them on the blackboard like : January 1st February 2nd March 3rd …..

          And let them to repeat the words.

          (先呈現(xiàn)日期讓學(xué)生從感官上了解語言,并用日歷呈現(xiàn)一年十二個(gè)月的英文單詞,學(xué)生更加直觀的接觸語言,練習(xí)語言,并且運(yùn)用語言做事情,提高了學(xué)生的興趣,讓學(xué)生更加積極主動(dòng)的去探究語言。)

          Step Three : Task 1 Pairwork

          1. T: Today is Lin’s birthday. Let’s sing the song 《 Happy birthday to you 》

          2. Make a converstion : A: When is your birthday?

          B: It’s June 12th .

          3. Let them work in pairs for 3 minutes and fill in the chart.

          (學(xué)生在歌聲中愉快的感悟本單元語言重點(diǎn),并且增進(jìn)了同學(xué)之間的感情。在學(xué)生已經(jīng)形成系統(tǒng)的語言材料之后,讓學(xué)生自己練習(xí)語言,并做好記錄,同時(shí)訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的聽,說和寫。讓學(xué)生多維的去體驗(yàn)語言。)

          Step Four : Act

          1.Call several pairs to act out their conversations in class ,other students listen carefully and answer the question: When is her/ his birthday ?

          2.Report . Using the results they got and give a report.

          For example : Wang Fang’s birthday is on ……

          3.Call some students to report in class and give them claps when they finish their work.

          Step Five:Listening task

          1. Listen to the tape and and answer some questions according to the text

          2. Listen again and check the answers in class. Then repeat after the tape.

          3. Work in pairs to act the dialogue :

          A: When is Danny’s birthday?

          B: It’s October 10th.

          ……

          4. In class ,call some students to give a report about the three students who they talked about just now.

          (在完成聽力的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)第三人稱的`問答,不僅更深的練習(xí)語言,而且為下一課時(shí)的語言做好了鋪墊。同時(shí)訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的多維語言能力。)

          Homework : 1. Ask four students for their birthday and then write

          a report.

          2 .Ask your parents’ birthday or the other family

          Member’s birthday and write a report.

          教學(xué)反思 :

          我認(rèn)為本節(jié)課有三個(gè)成功之處:

          1.學(xué)生通過數(shù)數(shù)來復(fù)習(xí)1到31 的基數(shù)詞,這一活動(dòng)簡單易行,讓學(xué)生在實(shí)際操作中運(yùn)用,體驗(yàn)所學(xué)的語言知識(shí),并為學(xué)習(xí)日期的說法起到了很好的引導(dǎo)作用。體現(xiàn)了在用中學(xué)的思想。通過這樣的活動(dòng),擺脫了機(jī)械的讀,寫,學(xué)生非常樂意去學(xué)習(xí),有效的培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

          2.利用日歷教學(xué)十二個(gè)月生詞,形象直觀,并通過歌曲來練習(xí),學(xué)生在歡快的歌聲中無形地掌握了十個(gè)月的單詞的讀音,書寫及順序,學(xué)的輕松愉快,而且記憶牢固。

          3. 學(xué)生在初步掌握了 When is your birthday ? 句型之后,小組練習(xí)互相詢問生日,不僅在任務(wù)中鞏固語言并且增進(jìn)了同學(xué)之間的情感,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生團(tuán)結(jié),合作的品質(zhì)和合作,探究的精神以及用所學(xué)語言解決實(shí)際問題的能力。此外,課外作業(yè)的布置也有效的鞏固了所學(xué)語言知識(shí),學(xué)生的知識(shí)得到了有益的延伸。
