2、If someone loves a flower, of which just one single blossom grows in all the millions and millions of stars, it is enough to make him happy just to look at the stars. He can say to himself, “Somewhere, my flower is there…” But if the sheep eats the flower, in one moment all his stars will be darkened… And you think that is not important!

在拍攝制作方面，為體現(xiàn)書(shū)中講述的故事里小王子的世界與小女孩“真實(shí)”成人世界的反差，導(dǎo)演嘗試了使用不同的技巧和展示方式來(lái)體現(xiàn)不同的精神狀態(tài)，結(jié)合兩種在自己之前的電影《功夫熊貓》中實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)的動(dòng)畫(huà)技術(shù)，計(jì)算機(jī)合成圖像(CGI)以及有著較濃郁童年特點(diǎn)的手動(dòng)定格圖像，小女孩和她的世界——母親、房子、飛行員、飛行員家的花園——該部分采用以冷色調(diào)為主的CG動(dòng)畫(huà)技術(shù)呈現(xiàn)，相反原著中的小王子與整個(gè)世界通過(guò)定格拍攝手繪紙模設(shè)計(jì)的角色形象方式描述，同時(shí)運(yùn)用了大量暖光和陰影。于2008年電影《功夫熊貓》中和導(dǎo)演奧斯本曾合作過(guò)的漢斯·季默為影片配樂(lè)。
