when the fruit is ripe its soft skin is yellow and resembles a small plantain. the flesh of the fruit is soft, sweet, and a very pale cream color. banana plants are cut down after the fruit has been removed, because they bear fruit only once. a piece of the root is planted again and in a few months the young plant grows several feet height. it takes two years before the plant begins to flower and bear fruit. bananas are an excellent provider of energy and a healthy addition to anyone’s diet. banana is the perfect supplement for active people. it provides large amounts of vitamin b-6 and vitamin c, which are two of the vitamins most commonly lost during strenuous exercise.
banana is most well known as a supplier of potassium. potassium is very important to muscle function and is the nutrient most often associated with relieving muscle cramps. the potassium in banana may also help reduce the likelihood of hypertension and stroke. banana is also high in dietary fiber, and thus may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, especially colon cancer. banana is also packed with natural energy and phytonutrients.

1.好的聽(tīng)課習(xí)慣
2.學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)主要就是操練句子，要說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，學(xué)了要能說(shuō)出來(lái)才是會(huì)了。
3.作業(yè)是課堂教學(xué)的補(bǔ)充和鞏固，作業(yè)完成質(zhì)量的好壞直接關(guān)系到學(xué)問(wèn)把握的堅(jiān)固程度。好的作業(yè)完成習(xí)慣包括按時(shí)完成作業(yè)和按時(shí)交作業(yè)，按老師的要求仔細(xì)的，字跡清楚的正確的完成作業(yè)。
熟悉三班級(jí)下學(xué)期
中班級(jí)是學(xué)校階段中一個(gè)關(guān)鍵性的班級(jí)，我們稱(chēng)它為轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。三班級(jí)處于轉(zhuǎn)折前期。在這個(gè)階段，同學(xué)的身心和學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容上都會(huì)發(fā)生巨大的變化，假如忽視了這個(gè)階段的學(xué)習(xí)，那對(duì)同學(xué)今后的學(xué)習(xí)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生很?chē)?yán)峻的影響。為了什么會(huì)消失這種情形呢？我認(rèn)為中班級(jí)主要消失了以下幾個(gè)方面的變化：
1、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容
從三班級(jí)開(kāi)頭，孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容變了。低班級(jí)主要是一些特別基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)問(wèn)，只要孩子肯下功夫，一般不成問(wèn)題。到了中班級(jí)，學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)問(wèn)由簡(jiǎn)潔到簡(jiǎn)單，從低班級(jí)的形象思維向高班級(jí)的抽象思維過(guò)渡，這對(duì)同學(xué)提出了更高的要求，基礎(chǔ)必需扎扎實(shí)實(shí)地把握，該讀的還要讀，該抄的還得抄，該練的還得練。但同時(shí)還要拓展孩子的思維，從不同角度去考慮問(wèn)題。課堂上抄寫(xiě)的內(nèi)容我們可以看孩子1號(hào)本，能到A+的同學(xué)確定是比較好的。
2、心理方面
孩子長(zhǎng)大了，也學(xué)會(huì)了思索，更學(xué)會(huì)了察言觀色，喜愛(ài)的人，他情愿和你溝通，不喜愛(ài)的人就會(huì)跟你對(duì)著干。而且有些事他會(huì)放在心里，不喜愛(ài)和老師、家長(zhǎng)溝通，假如你關(guān)懷他了，重視他了，或許他興奮了就會(huì)把自己的心里話和你說(shuō)說(shuō)、不興奮就埋在心里，讓你摸不透他的想法，這樣就無(wú)法指導(dǎo)他的學(xué)習(xí)。另外，家長(zhǎng)還要把握好批判的尺度，這階段的孩子自尊心漸漸增加，也就是我們通常在講的孩子知道“難為情”了，他怕“丟面子”了，所以各位家長(zhǎng)在教育孩子的時(shí)候要把握好尺度。
3、學(xué)習(xí)方面
說(shuō)到學(xué)習(xí)在座的家長(zhǎng)都深有體會(huì)�，F(xiàn)在的孩子越來(lái)越不好輔導(dǎo)了。在一二班級(jí)時(shí)，有的同學(xué)在課堂上不留意聽(tīng)講，回家以后，家長(zhǎng)在家里關(guān)心他們記記生字，背背課文，到考試的時(shí)候還是能考到比較滿足的成果�，F(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容難度加大了，各門(mén)功課的作業(yè)量相對(duì)多了，但也不至于要寫(xiě)到晚上十一、二點(diǎn)，主要是學(xué)習(xí)方法轉(zhuǎn)變了。同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)不應(yīng)是一種被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)，而是一種主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)。但我們的孩子，大多數(shù)都屬于一種被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)，甚至處于躲避學(xué)習(xí)的狀態(tài)。比如，最明顯地就是表現(xiàn)在作業(yè)上。這主要表現(xiàn)在低班級(jí)時(shí)是被動(dòng)的接收性學(xué)習(xí)方法為主，老師教我怎么做我就怎么做，很少有自己的主見(jiàn)和想法，那么現(xiàn)在進(jìn)入三班級(jí)以后就不提倡這種做法了，同學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)是自己主動(dòng)的去學(xué)習(xí)，是“我要學(xué)”，而不是“要我學(xué)。”因此，有一些同學(xué)由于不想學(xué)，為了躲避寫(xiě)作業(yè)在家長(zhǎng)面前說(shuō)：“今日老師沒(méi)布置作業(yè)�！蹦敲丛谶@里我也可以明確的告知在座的每一位家長(zhǎng)，“今日沒(méi)有作業(yè)”這句話是不成立的。老師每天都布置有肯定量的作業(yè)，就算老師間或沒(méi)布置作業(yè)，同學(xué)自己也有一些其他作業(yè)等著去完成，如可以預(yù)習(xí)老師沒(méi)講過(guò)的內(nèi)容，也可以復(fù)習(xí)老師已經(jīng)講過(guò)的學(xué)問(wèn)。由于以上轉(zhuǎn)變，所以會(huì)消失一部分同學(xué)求知欲增加，對(duì)學(xué)問(wèn)追求，因此成果越來(lái)越好，或者有明顯進(jìn)步。而有一部分同學(xué)消失惰性，怕辛苦，也有一部分同學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)不協(xié)調(diào)，當(dāng)然這類(lèi)同學(xué)想把成果搞上去就相對(duì)會(huì)累一點(diǎn)。班級(jí)中三門(mén)功課能比較精彩的.有：郝程偉、張?jiān)�、毛麗瑩、夏玉婷、姚逸飛、孔彥成、楊淳迪和陳乾軒。
4、課堂方面
三班級(jí)的課堂，特別重要。所以我特別重視課堂教學(xué)，每堂課都細(xì)心作為預(yù)備，吸引同學(xué)的留意力。在課堂上，同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)兩極分化相當(dāng)嚴(yán)峻，有一部分同學(xué)的思維是相當(dāng)活躍的，每個(gè)問(wèn)題都能樂(lè)觀思索回答，同學(xué)，這一部分孩子課堂效率比較高。但也有一部分同學(xué)上課總是游離在課堂之外，經(jīng)常在抽屜里玩東西，做小動(dòng)作，或者和同學(xué)說(shuō)“靜靜話”，根本不聽(tīng)老師的講課，也不樂(lè)觀思索問(wèn)題。久而久之，成果下滑很?chē)?yán)峻，惰性很強(qiáng)。這學(xué)期，我盼望每一位同學(xué)最起碼一堂課發(fā)一次言，給自己訂下目標(biāo)，從而提高自己的學(xué)習(xí)效率。課堂的狀況我們可以從墻上加分表上看出來(lái)。
5、成果方面：
雖然說(shuō)幾次考試成果不能代表孩子的全部學(xué)業(yè)，至少反映了孩子這半個(gè)學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)狀況。在這里，我要提示家長(zhǎng)伴侶正確對(duì)待分?jǐn)?shù)：中班級(jí)，同學(xué)分?jǐn)?shù)的波動(dòng)還是相當(dāng)大的，不能一看到孩子考得不好就沖孩子大發(fā)雷霆，甚至有家長(zhǎng)在沖動(dòng)之下對(duì)孩子大打出手。人心都差不多，人不是常勝將軍，哪會(huì)有次次都勝利的？所以，對(duì)待孩子的考試成果，我們家長(zhǎng)不應(yīng)當(dāng)只盯著不如意的分?jǐn)?shù)，不能光沖孩子發(fā)火和打罵，而是應(yīng)當(dāng)急躁地、心平氣和地與孩子一起分析錯(cuò)誤的緣由，關(guān)心他弄懂意思，改正錯(cuò)誤才是上策。請(qǐng)關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程�？荚嚪�?jǐn)?shù)只是衡量同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的一個(gè)指標(biāo)，而不是唯一指標(biāo)。在某種程度上可以說(shuō)，學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程的一些特點(diǎn)比分?jǐn)?shù)更重要。有的同學(xué)甚至也能考到95分，但是對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)的愛(ài)好不夠高，主動(dòng)性不高，獨(dú)立思索不夠，與同學(xué)們溝通的習(xí)慣還沒(méi)養(yǎng)成，他的學(xué)習(xí)潛力將受到限制。假如家長(zhǎng)和老師不去關(guān)心他們，學(xué)習(xí)成果將會(huì)無(wú)法得到提高。
6、其他方面
轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期，思想教育也很重要。在學(xué)校主要反應(yīng)為不太遵守課堂和課間紀(jì)律。上課不舉手，發(fā)言沒(méi)聲音，下課就大吵大鬧。打了上課鈴，一點(diǎn)反應(yīng)都沒(méi)有。寫(xiě)作業(yè)也竊竊私語(yǔ)，紀(jì)律在大幅度下滑。表?yè)P(yáng)段佳佳媽媽她們常常會(huì)和老師溝通孩子最近的狀況，和老師一起努力，讓孩子朝好的方向進(jìn)展。其實(shí)，孩子這么小，還是應(yīng)當(dāng)和父母在一起，由父母來(lái)督促學(xué)習(xí)，效果是最明顯的。不要把孩子扔給爺爺奶奶，或者扔給家教，這些可以說(shuō)，都是不負(fù)責(zé)任的做法。雖然我教兩個(gè)班級(jí)，但是我為了各別孩子，本學(xué)期我堅(jiān)持了檢查回家作業(yè)記載本，其實(shí)這項(xiàng)作業(yè)大部分孩子我還是放心的，主要還是針對(duì)一些作業(yè)落后的同學(xué)，但是無(wú)論從家長(zhǎng)你們口中或者是其他同學(xué)口中我都得知還是有效果的，那么我也會(huì)堅(jiān)持這項(xiàng)內(nèi)容的，盼望家長(zhǎng)也要堅(jiān)持，為了不打擊孩子的樂(lè)觀性，這項(xiàng)作業(yè)的檢查到學(xué)期末我也會(huì)對(duì)仔細(xì)的同學(xué)發(fā)獎(jiǎng)的。
在這里還是盼望家長(zhǎng)能根據(jù)老師的要求每天檢查孩子的作業(yè)完成狀況，包括筆頭的和口頭的，有時(shí)間的最好簽個(gè)字，讓我知道你在關(guān)懷你孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)狀況。在學(xué)校里我會(huì)盡自己的最大努力去關(guān)注和關(guān)懷每一位同學(xué)。
