　　My friends, comrades, and fellow South Africans: I greet you all in the name of peace, democracy, and freedom for all. I stand here before you not as a prophet but as a humble servant of you, the people. Your tireless and heroic sacrifices have made it possible for me to be here today. I therefore have placed the remaining years of my life in your , I extend my sincere and warmest gratitude to the millions of my compatriots and those in every corner of the globe who have campaigned tirelessly for my release. I extend special greetings to the people of Cape Town the city through which — which has been my home for three decades.

　　I salute the rank?and?file members of the ANC: You have sacrificed life and limb in the pursuit of the noble cause of our , like Solomon Mahlangu and Ashley Kriel, who have paid the ultimate price for the freedom of all South Africans. I salute the South African Communist Party for its sterling contribution to the struggle for democracy. You have survived 40 years of unrelenting persecution.

　　The memory of great communists like Moses Kotane, Yusuf Dadoo, Bram Fischer, and Moses Mabhida will be cherished for generations to come. I salute General Secretary Joe Slovo, one of our finest patriots. We are heartened by the fact that the alliance between ourselves and the Party remains as strong as it — it always , the National Education Crisis Committee, the South African Youth Congress, the Transvaal and Natal Indian Congresses, and COSATU and the many other formations of the Mass Democratic Movement. I also salute the Black Sash and the National Union of South African Students.

　　We note with pride that you have looked — that you have acted as the conscience of white South Africa. Even during the darkest days in the history of our struggle you held the flag of liberty high. The large?scale mass mobilization of the past few years is one of the key factors which led to the opening of the final chapter of our — Your organized strength is the pride of our movement. You remain the most dependable force in the struggle to end exploitation and oppression.

　　I greet the traditional leaders of our country — many among you continue to walk in the footsteps of great heroes like Hintsa and , you, the young lions. You, the young lions, have energized our entire struggle. I pay tribute to the mothers and wives and sisters of our nation. Without your support our struggle would not have reached this advanced stage. The sacrifice of the frontline states will be remembered by South Africans , black and white, recognize that apartheid has no future. It has to be ended by our own decisive mass action in order to build peace and security.

　　The mass campaigns of defiance and other actions of our organizations and people can onlyculminate in the establishment of continent is in calculable. The fabric of family life of millions of my people has been shattered. Millions are homeless and unemployed. Our economy — Our economy lies in ruins and our people are embroiled in political strife. Our resort to the armed struggle in 1960 with the formation of the military wing of the ANC, Umkhonto we Sizwe, was a purely defensive action against the violence of apartheid. The factors which necessitated the armed struggle still exist today. We have no option but to continue. We express the hope that a climate conducive to a negotiated settlement will be created soon so that there may no longer be the need for the armed , strategies, and , I feel duty?bound to make the point that a leader of the movement is a person who has been democratically elected at a national conference.

　　This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. However, there are further steps, as outlined in the Harare Declaration, that have to be met before negotiations on the basic demands of our people can begin.

　　Negotiations cannot take place — Negotiations cannot take place above the heads or behind the backs of our people. It is our belief that the future of our country can only be determined by a body which is democratically elected on a non?racial basis. Negotiations on the dismantling of apartheid will have to address the overwhelming demands of our people for a democratic, non?racial and unitary South Africa. And this reality is that we are still suffering under the policies of the Nationalist , so that the process towards democracy is rapid and uninterrupted. We have waited too long for our freedom. We can no longer wait.

　　Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. To relax our efforts now would be a mistake which generations to come will not be able to role in a united democratic and non?racial South Africa is the only way to peace and racial harmony. In conclusion, I wish to quote my own words during my trial in 19xx. They are as true today as they were then. I spoke: I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and — and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die.

And the most obvious characteristics of them are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people's hopes and ideals.

　　Different people have different ideas about success; cause people's hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. 　　我們班總共 名學(xué)生，上周我校進(jìn)行了半期考試。我把半期英語(yǔ)考試的情況簡(jiǎn)單向各位家長(zhǎng)作個(gè)匯報(bào)。平均分 分，優(yōu)生 人，優(yōu)生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進(jìn)步較大的學(xué)生有 。通過(guò)高中半期的學(xué)習(xí)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生都具有良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。學(xué)習(xí)積極性較高，能夠自覺(jué)完成老師布臵的作業(yè)，深知英語(yǔ)學(xué)科在整個(gè)高中課程的重要性。

　　2.存在問(wèn)題:

　　1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

　　2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學(xué)階段，從不自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí)(從他們對(duì)作業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)和處理方式上就可以看出來(lái))

　　二、其次，想跟大家交流四個(gè)問(wèn)題

　　1.首先和大家交流一個(gè)問(wèn)題：孩子上了高中以后，總有一部分家長(zhǎng)很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，為什么到了高中，成績(jī)不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

　　這個(gè)問(wèn)題的答案首先與各個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點(diǎn)有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識(shí)教育為主，要在很小的時(shí)候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會(huì)照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會(huì)有很大的提升，得分率自然就會(huì)下降，孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來(lái)衡量孩子們高中的學(xué)習(xí)，是不科學(xué)的。

　　其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣有關(guān)：高中階段學(xué)習(xí)科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會(huì)自主學(xué)習(xí)(自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí))，即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長(zhǎng)盯著學(xué)，那樣成績(jī)自然會(huì)下降。

　　2.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，為什么同一個(gè)班級(jí)的孩子三年后成績(jī)差別那么大?成績(jī)進(jìn)步大的一定是那些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性好的孩子。孩子為什么會(huì)這樣，其實(shí)因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)方式及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式及習(xí)慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績(jī)。不要到高三時(shí)才感慨，現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在高一、高二時(shí)沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，沒(méi)能改變自己的'學(xué)習(xí)方式以適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現(xiàn)在必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。

　　在此，我希望家長(zhǎng)們要時(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性，也就是情商問(wèn)題。大量的實(shí)例證明了一個(gè)人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語(yǔ)學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛(ài)英語(yǔ)，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語(yǔ)。

　　3.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)們正確看待孩子在班級(jí)的考試名次，當(dāng)孩子名次退步時(shí)，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹(shù)立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評(píng)甚至打罵孩子�！巴�子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心愿，但在高一更應(yīng)注重孩子學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，讓孩子快樂(lè)的成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)步，嚴(yán)格遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律。

　　4.有些孩子還沒(méi)有適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，還不知道高中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長(zhǎng)們高度關(guān)注。高中學(xué)習(xí)科目多而難，時(shí)間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺(jué)地學(xué)習(xí)，老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學(xué)習(xí)。說(shuō)明學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。

　　訂正的習(xí)慣，督促學(xué)生建立錯(cuò)題集，當(dāng)堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，當(dāng)堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問(wèn)題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處，從而保證知識(shí)點(diǎn)的連接，為建立學(xué)科知識(shí)體系做保障。這些習(xí)慣，會(huì)讓學(xué)生真正的樂(lè)學(xué)、好學(xué)，在成功中追求快樂(lè)，在快樂(lè)中追求成功!

　　三、我想對(duì)在座的各位家長(zhǎng)提出幾點(diǎn)溫馨提示。

　　(1)幫助孩子確定適當(dāng)目標(biāo)

　　和孩子一起確定一個(gè)他能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo)——家長(zhǎng)適度的期望值。

　　孩子是家長(zhǎng)的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對(duì)孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來(lái)所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

　　期望值過(guò)高：孩子拼命按家長(zhǎng)的意愿生活、學(xué)習(xí)，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達(dá)不到家長(zhǎng)的要求，雙方均失望，可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄;

　　期望值過(guò)低或沒(méi)有：家長(zhǎng)對(duì)尚不自覺(jué)的孩子期望值過(guò)低或沒(méi)有，孩子會(huì)缺少外在精神支持，認(rèn)為不重視、無(wú)所謂。

　　適度的期望值：在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)拔高，不操之過(guò)急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

　　(2)幫助孩子增強(qiáng)自信心

　　(3)關(guān)注孩子成績(jī)的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對(duì)名次

　　(4)溝通---多傾聽(tīng)孩子的訴說(shuō)

　　(5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯(lián)系，及時(shí)了解情況，積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作

　　我們學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的機(jī)會(huì)應(yīng)該說(shuō)非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學(xué)，另一方面許多學(xué)生英語(yǔ)課堂效率低下。下面我就以下5點(diǎn)談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)要注意的方面。

　　1.英語(yǔ)課堂學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該注重課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果，45分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭(zhēng)要在這短短的時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握所有的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。英語(yǔ)當(dāng)天學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該當(dāng)天消化，如果不能及時(shí)消化就會(huì)積食，造成聽(tīng)課越聽(tīng)越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)!英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)重在平時(shí)，每天做好預(yù)習(xí)與復(fù)習(xí)工作。想要靠臨時(shí)突擊，臨時(shí)抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

　　我確信：英語(yǔ)要學(xué)好和智商無(wú)關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽(tīng)，說(shuō)，讀，寫(xiě)這些方面下功夫。

　　2.作業(yè)一定要按時(shí)獨(dú)立完成，不要成為學(xué)習(xí)上的“寄生蟲(chóng)”。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學(xué)生知識(shí)掌握情況的'一個(gè)有效途徑，要求同學(xué)們能如實(shí)客觀地對(duì)待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨(dú)立完成的空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經(jīng)過(guò)自己大腦思考抄襲來(lái)的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學(xué)自覺(jué)性差，平時(shí)空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來(lái)抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語(yǔ)作業(yè)，因此請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)能關(guān)注一下你的子女有沒(méi)有將作業(yè)帶回家來(lái)做，并督促子女認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)。

　　A smile has many many means:pleasure,welcome,happiness,and more, And it’s part of an universal body language that doesn’t need any extra interpretation. Smile is a very simple and easy thing to do.

　　As ereryone knows,butterfly effect is that a small butterfly shake its wings,then even lead to a terrible tornado in Pacific .

　　The smile is all the same,not only make you more confident,but also affect your friends,parents,and the people who around you to smile all the time.

　　No matter how difficult the life is, please keep smile

　　Smile is the most powerful force in the world Smile is a window of your soul.A lovely smile have the power to heal broken relationships and unite distant souls.

　　A smile may not only mean a smile,it may mean love and trust.So tell yourself that keep smile everyday and everyone you meet.

尊敬的老師，親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們：

　　大家好！

　　我是初一xx班的xx，本次學(xué)生會(huì)職務(wù)競(jìng)選，我競(jìng)選的職務(wù)是學(xué)生會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)。

　　先說(shuō)說(shuō)會(huì)長(zhǎng)這一職，學(xué)生會(huì)主席在我印象中，一直都是挺神秘的，在學(xué)習(xí)生活中，他與我們打成一片，但當(dāng)他真正忙起來(lái)，神出鬼沒(méi)的穿梭在年紀(jì)的每一個(gè)角落中，那快捷的步伐，在帶上一個(gè)文件夾，像極了某個(gè)公司的ceo。

　　或許在座認(rèn)識(shí)我的人會(huì)很好奇為什么我也會(huì)來(lái)競(jìng)選，尤其是在這學(xué)霸云集的地方，我是個(gè)學(xué)渣，我寫(xiě)字不好，不會(huì)彈琴，不會(huì)畫(huà)畫(huà)，所以大家別看我表面上挺隨便的，其實(shí)我特別緊張。

　　有的人就說(shuō)：“既然你這么沒(méi)譜，為什么還要來(lái)參加競(jìng)選？”

　　因?yàn)槲乙恢倍加羞@么一個(gè)念頭，別笑，也許你們也有：當(dāng)你在電視上。看到那些大人物意氣風(fēng)發(fā)的站在那么多人的目光下，發(fā)表著那么淋漓盡致的演講，從而得到那么多的掌聲和呼吁，那種感覺(jué)，一直是我最夢(mèng)想、最渴望的。但每當(dāng)機(jī)會(huì)就擺在面前，我們卻膽怯了，是，在這背后確實(shí)肩負(fù)著很大的責(zé)任，誰(shuí)不愿意在空閑的的時(shí)候感謝自己喜歡的事，誰(shuí)愿意用這一天中僅有的屬于自己的'那么一點(diǎn)時(shí)間去給自己添加負(fù)擔(dān)？

　　但是同學(xué)們，請(qǐng)想一想，我們這么多人在一起，組成了這么一個(gè)龐大的家庭，但是如果沒(méi)有一個(gè)美好的家，我們還談何學(xué)習(xí)？相反，如果你累了，抬起頭，看看四周，發(fā)現(xiàn)你被家的溫暖所包圍著，那感覺(jué)，就像一記精神劑，可以使我們忘記疲勞，重新去面對(duì)生活中的挑戰(zhàn)與困難，這不正式我們需要的嗎？所以今天我站在這里，想要的不僅是掌聲與呼吁，我要擔(dān)起這份責(zé)任，手機(jī)版我想我已經(jīng)做好了這個(gè)準(zhǔn)備，隨時(shí)為年級(jí)做出貢獻(xiàn)。

　　又有人說(shuō)了：“如果你落選了怎么辦？說(shuō)了那么一大堆，最后不得丟死人啊。”

　　那么我要告訴他，我不會(huì)感到丟臉，因?yàn)閴?mèng)想不可能一路平坦，我不但不會(huì)感到丟臉，我還會(huì)感到榮耀，因?yàn)�，我是在為�?mèng)想而奮斗。

　　最后送給大家一句話，是我在看閑書(shū)的時(shí)候，讀到的一句話：“不管你能做什么，或者夢(mèng)想能做什么，去做吧，膽識(shí)將賦予你天賦、能力和神奇的力量，現(xiàn)在就去做吧！”
