和數(shù)學(xué)老師的關(guān)系,算是那一種比較融洽的吧?畢竟是那一種能一起開玩笑,也能一起鼓勵(lì)彼此的前行的人。
前幾天過去的時(shí)候不是被他說數(shù)學(xué)成績(jī)了嗎?但后來他還是會(huì)叫我過去她那里吃他很珍惜的,從家里寄過來的,自家做的番薯干。當(dāng)時(shí)和我一起在辦公室的,還有另外兩個(gè)同學(xué),但是他只叫我一個(gè)人過去。
我過去之后才知道他是要叫我吃。我就說他說那我還有兩個(gè)朋友在,他沒有叫他們吃,我怎么好意思自己一個(gè)人?然后他才反應(yīng)過來說哦,大家一起過來吃啊,來排隊(duì)買一個(gè)個(gè)過來,然后就召喚他們過來。楷因?yàn)閲I氣了,所以就沒有過去。另一個(gè)朋友還不知道發(fā)生了什么事,所以很老實(shí)的`就走過去了,但是過去之后他沒有吃。數(shù)學(xué)老師說不給他面子啊,他在說這句話的時(shí)候,我的手已經(jīng)伸進(jìn)去拿吃了。
我為了緩解數(shù)學(xué)老師的尷尬,我說就只有我厚臉皮了,他說沒事,他們都知道,哈哈。
就是這樣,能開玩笑的老師,相處起來也很舒適,同時(shí)也很關(guān)注我們的成長(zhǎng),畢竟我在朋友圈發(fā)什么他覺得有必要關(guān)注一下,有必要找我談一談的,他都會(huì)來找我聊天,所以也是一種溫暖的存在啊!

我們要換班主任了?我們?nèi)嗝總(gè)人的臉上都掛著一連串的問號(hào)。
噠、噠、噠,教室外傳來一陣高跟鞋的聲音,然后走進(jìn)一位女老師,她,戴著一副眼鏡,看起來很清秀,很斯文。走近一看,皮膚白晰,短短的頭發(fā),圍著一條花圍巾,還蠻好看的呢。接著她慢條斯理地向我們介紹著自己:“我姓秦,我的名字叫秦靜芳,從今天起我來擔(dān)任你們的班主任……”她又說:“我希望和大家都能成為朋友,你們?cè)敢鈫帷苯淌依锏耐瑢W(xué)互相你望我我望你,一臉的疑惑和新奇,老師要和我們大家交朋友?接著同學(xué)們?cè)谙旅娓`竊私語:“老師真的愿意與我們小孩交朋友嗎?那太好了!”秦老師看著這一切笑起來,笑得時(shí)候露出了兩個(gè)小灑窩,說:“當(dāng)然是真的,以后有什么事情盡管來找我,有什么心里話也別忘了來找我聊天喲!但上課的時(shí)候你們必須要認(rèn)真聽講!
第一節(jié)課的時(shí)候,我們大家都很好奇,秦老師上起課來是什么樣子呢?帶著這個(gè)疑問我們的'語文課開始了……秦老師上課嚴(yán)肅但不失風(fēng)趣,不知不覺一堂課過去了。()下課了,有幾個(gè)同學(xué)被叫到辦公室,老師問了他們的學(xué)習(xí)情況,并叫同學(xué)們可以給她提提意見。就這樣幾天下來班上有好多同學(xué)都成了秦老師的好朋友。
一天,老師帶著“調(diào)皮大王”——阮聰進(jìn)了班,說:“從今天開始,阮聰同學(xué)也是我朋友中的一個(gè)了!贝蠹叶笺蹲×,原以為老師只和表現(xiàn)好的同學(xué)交朋友,沒想到……老師說:“你們一直沒發(fā)現(xiàn)阮聰同學(xué)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)嗎?其實(shí),阮聰同學(xué)也有好多值得學(xué)習(xí)的地方,比如上課能積極發(fā)言,回答問題聲音響亮,還挺樂于助人的。”經(jīng)老師這么一說,大家都覺得有道理。原來,大家一直都誤解老師了,以為老師只與表現(xiàn)好的同學(xué)做朋友。這時(shí)才知道我們想錯(cuò)了,其實(shí)老師不但與表現(xiàn)好的同學(xué)做朋友,而且也沒免忽略一些調(diào)皮的學(xué)生,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的優(yōu)點(diǎn),對(duì)每個(gè)同學(xué)都很公平、友好。沒多久秦老師成了我們班所有同學(xué)的好朋友,大家有什么煩惱的事情都會(huì)去秦老師商量。
如果所有的老師都象我們秦老師這樣,那我們校園的師生氛圍該有多和諧啊!

college students don't have to stand up when the teacher comes into the classroom. students are generally encouraged to ask questions during class, to go to the professor's office for help or to have a discussion with the tutor after class, and to phone if they need help in their lessons.
however, students are still epected to be polite to their teachers. when students want to ask questions, they usually raise their hands first and wait until they're allowed to speak. but if a professor is giving a formal lecture, it is the wrong time to ask a question. if you de so, you are rude enough to offend the lecturer and the other classmates.

A good teacher-student relationship will make learning enjoyable and interesting for the students and teaching worth-while for a teacher.
To set up a good teacher-student relationship, a teachers behaviour is important. The teacher should motivate the students so that they want to learn. A good teacher should be patient, friendly and strict. Remember not to encourage the students by pushing or forcing them. Being too friendly may cause students to become lazy and stop working hard. On the other hand, being too strict may frighten the students. So a teacher should avoid going extremes in treating his students. And teachers should encourage the students to think independently and learn to study by themselves.
As for the students, they must always respect their teachers. Students should be eager to learn and willing to work hard. Its important to listen with attention in class and its more important to learn to raise questions and work out problems in new ways.

記得在別的學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)時(shí),不知為什么,我非常討厭上數(shù)學(xué)課,每當(dāng)上數(shù)學(xué)課時(shí),我就在下面不停地玩,一做作業(yè),做幾道錯(cuò)幾道,由此我更加厭惡上數(shù)學(xué)課,上課不積極配合老師。泅為存有這種想法,成績(jī)急劇下降,由前十名,排到了二十多名,家長(zhǎng)不知為我操了多少心,于是把我調(diào)到豐南三小。

老師是神圣、高尚、純潔的職業(yè),老師們用自己的知識(shí)、愛心讓千千萬萬學(xué)子功成名就,成為國(guó)家、社會(huì)的棟梁之材,多么令人尊敬啊!但是現(xiàn)在,老師卻經(jīng)常被一些中小學(xué)生所誤解,甚至與“變態(tài)”這個(gè)詞化等號(hào),實(shí)在令人遺憾。
造成這種狀況我認(rèn)為有三點(diǎn)原因:第一點(diǎn),現(xiàn)在這些90后學(xué)生都是家里嬌生慣養(yǎng)的孩子,又普遍是獨(dú)生子女,很難適應(yīng)老師的嚴(yán)格要求。正值青春期,再加上身邊沒有兄弟姐妹可以相互溝通,許多老師還在度過更年期,這樣的老師和學(xué)生遭遇,難免“摩擦起火”。
如果說這點(diǎn)原因是客觀存在,那么學(xué)生主觀原因所犯的錯(cuò)誤就更多啦。因?yàn)樵诩揖拖瘛靶』实邸、“小公主”一樣,可是到了學(xué)校就要被老師嚴(yán)格管教,心里就不服氣,就開始不尊重老師,甚至罵老師?墒亲鳛閷W(xué)生就沒有想到,有什么問題可以主動(dòng)找老師交流、溝通,老師要顧及那么多的學(xué)生,不可能像自己的'家長(zhǎng)一樣,注意力全在一個(gè)人身上,所以學(xué)生要學(xué)會(huì)主動(dòng)找老師溝通。
當(dāng)然,學(xué)生也需要老師的理解,都說“理解萬歲”,學(xué)生和老師之間也一樣,互相理解才能坦誠(chéng)相待。學(xué)生也知道老師是望子成龍心切,但這不能成為老師體罰、辱罵學(xué)生的理由,面對(duì)這樣的老師,學(xué)生不服氣,還可能以不學(xué)習(xí)相對(duì)抗,這也是師生之間產(chǎn)生代溝的原因。
所以人與人之間需要相互理解,對(duì)長(zhǎng)者、對(duì)晚輩要互相尊敬愛護(hù),如果學(xué)生和老師之間多相互溝通,一定會(huì)減少代溝,增進(jìn)和平。

To have a good teacher student relationship, it is important that the teacher and the student understand each other and respect each other. The teacher must know that he should be neither too tough, nor too permissive. If he is too tough, the student may be frightened and discouraged. If he is too permissive, the student may become lazy and careless. So his attitude should be between the two extremes. He should be strict yet friendly. As for a student, he should know that what the teacher does is for the benefit of his students. He should always show his proper respect to the teacher. Moreover, he should always be eager to learn and willing to work hard. If he is modest, he will learn more than just knowledge from his teacher.
In one word, a good teacher student relationship can be mutually beneficial. The student may find the learning process both fruitful and enjoyable while the teacher may find his teaching satisfactory and pleasant.
