《十二怒漢》(12 Angry Men)為一出于1957年由米高梅公司制作之美國(guó)黑白電影。瑞吉諾·羅斯(英語：Reginald Rose)原著，希德尼·魯邁特(Sidney Lumet)執(zhí)導(dǎo)，主演為亨利·方達(dá)。電影內(nèi)容為關(guān)于一個(gè)12人陪審團(tuán)之討論過程。全劇深刻探討美國(guó)法律正義及陪審制，被認(rèn)為是美國(guó)電影史上最重要的電影之一。
12位陪審員將作出決定他一生的選擇。12陪審員來自社會(huì)的.各個(gè)階層，他們當(dāng)中有廣告商，有工程師，有警察，有銀行家，有推銷員……
美國(guó)的陪審制度要求所有陪審員必須取得一致意見才能做出判決，所以當(dāng)?shù)谝淮?1票：1票認(rèn)定少年弒父罪名成立的時(shí)候，所有人都以為屈服的會(huì)是那個(gè)唯一的1。但亨利·方達(dá)出演的工程師以百折不撓的毅力和勇氣開始提出疑問，放大疑點(diǎn)，逐漸說服每一個(gè)陪審員。
