一、指導(dǎo)思想
舞蹈作為一種以人體動(dòng)作為物質(zhì)材料的表現(xiàn)性的藝術(shù)活動(dòng)，是人類審美活動(dòng)較集中的表現(xiàn)，是培養(yǎng)人們審美興趣，提高人們審美能力的有效途徑和有力手段。它既可以陶冶孩子的心靈，又能讓他們?cè)诒憩F(xiàn)的過程中獲得自我滿足。希望通過活動(dòng)，使孩子們不僅能發(fā)展身體，得到動(dòng)作的協(xié)調(diào)性和靈活性的訓(xùn)練，而且還能發(fā)展思維和情感，促進(jìn)身心愉快的發(fā)展。
二、訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)
1、本學(xué)期系統(tǒng)而嚴(yán)格的訓(xùn)練，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)隊(duì)員們的節(jié)奏感，增強(qiáng)他們對(duì)舞蹈的表現(xiàn)力和感受力，特別強(qiáng)調(diào)舞蹈時(shí)的.面部表情，做到用“心”舞蹈，使隊(duì)員們的整體素質(zhì)和表演水平再上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。
2、教會(huì)學(xué)生用舞蹈語匯來表現(xiàn)舞蹈的情緒和意境，注重舞蹈的神韻、感覺。
3、嚴(yán)格要求，精心排練。
三、訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容及要求
1、基本功方面
由于學(xué)生水平上的差異，本學(xué)期針對(duì)他們的基礎(chǔ)和特點(diǎn)突出了不同訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容和的要求。有的學(xué)生要繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)基本功的訓(xùn)練，加大訓(xùn)練力度和難度，重視訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量，提高身體的柔韌性。還有些學(xué)生則要從基本功入手，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練，如：基訓(xùn)地面練習(xí)和基訓(xùn)把桿練習(xí)，幫助學(xué)生提高自身素質(zhì)，增強(qiáng)自身氣質(zhì)，為以后的舞蹈學(xué)習(xí)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
2、舞蹈學(xué)習(xí)方面
本學(xué)期計(jì)劃學(xué)習(xí)一塊成品舞蹈：民族舞蹈對(duì)隊(duì)員的素質(zhì)要求較高，要求隊(duì)員要有良好的身體協(xié)調(diào)性和柔韌性，并要求隊(duì)員節(jié)奏感強(qiáng)、動(dòng)作規(guī)范，特別強(qiáng)調(diào)眼神和表情以及舞感，讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)用心舞蹈。這首舞蹈是本學(xué)期訓(xùn)練的重點(diǎn)，我們要加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練，從齊、快、準(zhǔn)上下功夫，爭取以高質(zhì)量的演出迎接今年的文藝匯演。
四、訓(xùn)練時(shí)間
每周一、二、三、四、日課外活動(dòng)時(shí)間。

六、活動(dòng)措施
1、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀看舞蹈錄像帶，幫助學(xué)生尋找舞蹈感覺。
2、逐段示范、講解動(dòng)作，逐個(gè)輔導(dǎo)。
3、學(xué)生個(gè)人練習(xí)和個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)相結(jié)合。
4、采用學(xué)生互幫、好學(xué)生示范的方法，進(jìn)一步提高水平。
舞蹈教師教學(xué)計(jì)劃(二)
一、指導(dǎo)思想
1、 學(xué)生通過在培訓(xùn)班的一周一訓(xùn)練的學(xué)習(xí)課程，使學(xué)生用一種最短的時(shí)間記住所學(xué)的小組合，提高舞蹈素養(yǎng)、提高綜合性的藝術(shù)素質(zhì)。
2、 這學(xué)期的任務(wù)是，讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)并且掌握舞蹈的基本技巧和考級(jí)的部分組合。
二、 教學(xué)內(nèi)容
在冬季來臨，學(xué)生在上舞蹈課的時(shí)候，必須先讓學(xué)生的身體預(yù)熱，如：高抬腿、蹦跳等等
1、 基本功訓(xùn)練;
一級(jí)的學(xué)生可以讓他們簡單的掌握舞蹈最初級(jí)的知識(shí)，組要是練習(xí)他們身體協(xié)調(diào)能力，在基本功訓(xùn)練中可開展一下，跪下手扶屁股下腰、橫叉
四級(jí)的學(xué)生在舞蹈基本功訓(xùn)練中就要注重學(xué)生的形體方面了，在橫、豎叉都可以的下，腰部訓(xùn)練就要強(qiáng)化些了，下腰、撒手控腰、甩腰抓腳是重要的一部分了，在反應(yīng)快和掌握好的學(xué)生可以在開一下五級(jí)學(xué)生的知識(shí)。
五級(jí)的學(xué)生要比四級(jí)的學(xué)生思維方面更接受的快些，基本功技巧方面要學(xué)的比較多些，這學(xué)期要開展前卷腰、后卷腰，在訓(xùn)練的時(shí)候必須要注意學(xué)生的規(guī)范性，安全性。
