          Unit 9 y favorite subject is science.

          一、單元教材分析

          本單元圍繞“談?wù)撟约核矚g的學(xué)科”這一話題,展開(kāi)形式多樣的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)。主要學(xué)習(xí)一周中星期一到星期天的表達(dá)方式;掌握學(xué)科的表達(dá);學(xué)習(xí)用because和表示品質(zhì)的形容詞表示理由;學(xué)習(xí)what,why,who引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問(wèn)句。通過(guò)本單元的學(xué)習(xí)使學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)談?wù)撟约合埠玫膶W(xué)科或自己喜好的其它事情并給出理由;學(xué)會(huì)說(shuō)出一周的七天;學(xué)會(huì)合理地安排自己的作息時(shí)間。

          二、單元學(xué)情分析

          本單元的主題是“談?wù)撟约核矚g的學(xué)科”,主要是學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)科的表達(dá)、表示品質(zhì)的形容詞、一周中星期一到星期天的表達(dá)方式;學(xué)習(xí)用because表示理由。在詢問(wèn)“對(duì)方所喜歡的學(xué)科和人物”、“星期幾”時(shí),要使用以前所學(xué)過(guò)的What、Who疑問(wèn)句,再學(xué)習(xí)“詢問(wèn)理由”所用的Why疑問(wèn)句。教師可引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過(guò)比較、對(duì)照的方法掌握所學(xué)疑問(wèn)句的結(jié)構(gòu)和使用以及回答。

          三、單元建議

          本單元采用自主學(xué)習(xí)、小組合作探究、Imitating and repeating,Practicing,Comparing和Role playing的學(xué)習(xí)策略,利用圖片、幻燈片或制作多媒體展開(kāi)堂Pairwork問(wèn)答式的口語(yǔ)交際活動(dòng)或調(diào)查活動(dòng),談?wù)摳髯运矚g的學(xué)科或其它的事情并給出理由。本單元的教學(xué)法建議:語(yǔ)音教學(xué):模仿操練;詞匯教學(xué):演示講解、情景操練、反復(fù)使用;口語(yǔ)教學(xué):互相操練、對(duì)話練習(xí)、交際活動(dòng);閱讀教學(xué):回答問(wèn)題和填空練習(xí);聽(tīng)力教學(xué):聽(tīng)音選詞、寫詞和整理、完成對(duì)話;寫作教學(xué):補(bǔ)全對(duì)話、模仿寫作;語(yǔ)法教學(xué):總結(jié)規(guī)律、比較異同、模仿操練。

          1. Greeting the Ss. Check the homework.

          2. Let's review the months we learned.

          (Ss recite the months together. January, February, arch, April…December)

          T: What month do you like?

          3. Let's review the school activities we learned.

          S1: basketball game, volleyball game, soccer game, tennis game, school trip, art festival…

          S2: School Day, Sports Day, English Day, book sale, English test, party…

          T: What activities do you like?

          S1: I like basketball game, volleyball game, soccer game and English Day.

          S2: I like tennis game, school trip, art festival and English Day.

         、. Presentation

          1. T: O. S1 and S2 both like English Day. I think they must like English very much. Do you like English?

          Ss: Yes, I do. / No, I don't.

          T: What subject do you like best? Or we can say "What's your favorite subject?".

          (Write the two sentences on the Bb.)

          Ss read after the teacher and try to remember the conversation.

          2. What other subjects do you like? Now let's learn other subjects.

          1. Present the sentence structure:

          3. We're learned some adjectives in Unit 5. Such as interesting, boring, fun, difficult, relaxing…

          1. T: What do you think of the subjects above? ake your own conversations using the words (fun, interesting, relaxing, difficult…) in 2b. For example:

          2. Ss make their own conversations with his or her partner. Then let some pairs act out their conversations.
