This summer vacation this year, there is a happy and meaningful!

The track team, have to sweat, especially in this hot summer, even stay at home, can also be sweating Jia back. 今年的這個(gè)暑假，是有快樂，又有意義!
在今年的暑假里，我參加了田徑隊(duì)。這不僅豐富了我的課余生活，還增強(qiáng)了我的體質(zhì)。
到了田徑隊(duì)，就得流汗，特別是在這烈日炎炎的夏天，就算待在家里不動(dòng)，也能流汗浹背。在田徑隊(duì)里，高抬腿、小步跑，光是這幾個(gè)動(dòng)作就已經(jīng)然你受不了了。萬萬沒想到的是，老師竟然還讓我們托車輪跑，雖然跑步成績有提高，但是，老天爺，你是不是要累死我們啊!
