　　Teachers' Day comes on September 10th every year. On the day we usually give our teachers cards to show our thanks. I thank them for helping me when I am in trouble, and I thank them for teaching me how to be a real man.

　　Of course they are very friendly to everyone. They always get on very well with their students. They are not only our teachers but also our friends. They love us very much and we love them,too.

　　當(dāng)然他們對(duì)所有的學(xué)生都很關(guān)心，他們與學(xué)生的關(guān)系非常融洽。他們不僅是我們的老師，而且還是我們的朋友。他們十分愛(ài)我們，而我們也非常敬愛(ài)他們。

　　You are like a third parent. We all love you and respect you.

　　This is Teachers‘Day and a time to be grateful to all teachers. This profession deserves the special recognition and respect. There is no more appropriate time than this to honour you and others in your chosen field. You have my eternal gratefulness.

　　Yesterday， September 10th was Teacher's Day. There was a big celebraing meeting in the city. Many government officials were present at the meeting. Mayor(市長(zhǎng)) mad a speech， in which he spoke highly of the teachers' pertormance.About 100 model teachers were rewarded. The represetativ……teachers and students also spoke at the meeting. After the meeting， the leaders of the city had their pictures taken with the model teachers. it is reported that our city government has decided to do ten good deeds for the teachers. That will greatly inspire our teachers and promote educational.
