　　20xx年暑假媽媽給我報了一個英語輔導(dǎo)班，愛學(xué)習(xí)的我當(dāng)然是欣然接受！想想在英語輔導(dǎo)班學(xué)習(xí)的日子，發(fā)生的和在學(xué)校上課不一樣的幾件事，我可是一直記憶猶新的！

　　特殊的學(xué)生

　　在我們這個英語輔導(dǎo)班里，包括我媽媽在內(nèi)有五位媽媽一直和我們一起學(xué)習(xí)，這幾位媽媽上課認(rèn)認(rèn)真真聽講，仔仔細(xì)細(xì)做筆記，就連我們復(fù)習(xí)單詞用手比劃著寫，這幾位媽媽也舉起大手和我們一起比劃，教我們英語的李老師經(jīng)常讓我們以媽媽們?yōu)榘駱樱〔�把這五位媽媽稱之為“特殊的學(xué)生”！

　　坐在教室最后邊的學(xué)生

　　只要是周六日我們上課，在教室的最后邊總是坐著幾個我們前一個輔導(dǎo)班的學(xué)生，你不知道怎么回事吧？有的是上課聽寫錯的多，有的是家庭作業(yè)完成的不好，李老師對這樣的學(xué)生是當(dāng)天的錯一定要當(dāng)天糾正！一般都是趁著我們朗讀或同坐之間口語對話時，去給他們一對一輔導(dǎo)，直到他們都會了才算過關(guān)。

　　一模一樣的錯誤答案

　　有一天周六，我們輔導(dǎo)班考了AB兩張卷子，有兩位同坐的同學(xué)有兩道題錯的地方一樣，而且是一模一樣的錯誤答案，聰明的李老師下課把他們倆都留下，給他們講了很多道理，并告訴他們“學(xué)習(xí)不能自己糊弄自己，爸爸媽媽為了讓你們對英語知識掌握的更牢固些，才額外花錢讓你們來學(xué)習(xí)，如果你們不想學(xué)，還不如就別花這個冤枉錢，你們?nèi)舨桓倪@個惡習(xí)，我把學(xué)費退給你們，以后不要來了�！崩罾蠋煹脑捪袂庙懙木�鐘，以后的很多次考試，這樣的事情再也沒發(fā)生過。

　　不舉手的回答問題

　　和我們在學(xué)校上課一樣，李老師在課堂上提問題，都是要求我們舉手回答，不一樣的是李老師搞突然襲擊，有時竟然偏偏叫不舉手的同學(xué)回答，李老師自然是有她自己獨到的教學(xué)方法，“我就是想看看這些不舉手的學(xué)生究竟哪些地方不會？是不敢說英語口語不行？還是知識掌握的不全面？”就是李老師不定時的突然襲擊，我們都自覺地上課認(rèn)真聽講，老師提的問題我們都認(rèn)真對待，有時老師竟然找不到不舉手的同學(xué)。

　　這次期末英語考試，我們英語輔導(dǎo)班二十多名學(xué)生，都取得了優(yōu)異的成績，李老師謙虛的說，這么好的成績，是我們自己努力的結(jié)果！

　　我喜歡英語輔導(dǎo)班！在英語輔導(dǎo)班發(fā)生的那些事會永遠(yuǎn)留在我記憶的深處！

　　學(xué)習(xí)就是一場戰(zhàn)役，只有你把相應(yīng)的敵人(指課程)徹底打敗，才算勝利。這場戰(zhàn)爭你可以出奇制勝。也可以按部就班。一步步的走。但最終的結(jié)果必須要勝利。學(xué)習(xí)亦是如此，做為學(xué)生，共要在學(xué)校呆十幾年的時間，學(xué)習(xí)做為學(xué)生的任務(wù)。是必須要完成的。在林林總總的學(xué)生中，好學(xué)者有之，厭學(xué)者更多。為了讓學(xué)生學(xué)好科學(xué)文化知識，任課教師也是在不斷的與學(xué)生們在斗智斗勇。想盡在奇招。這不，我們的英語老師宣布了一項命令。

　　記得那天的第一節(jié)英語課，老師就打下了預(yù)防針。老師把我們?nèi)�班分了十二個小組。每天上課檢查課文和單詞的背誦，實際上就是兩個人分別各背一遍，誰背得又快又好，就贏了，加分；輸了，就扣分。另外每人每天都要教聽力條，不交的，扣20分。另外，每學(xué)期都要一清分，正分的組，有獎勵。負(fù)分的組，需挑一人抄課文。老師剛一說完，全班好象炸開了鍋，議論紛紛：這課還怎么上啊，這制度簡直要人命��！就是呀，這哪是上課啊！我抗議！不少同學(xué)直接提出抗議，結(jié)果老師給全班小組都扣了30分，某些同學(xué)被罰今晚抄課文，全班同學(xué)都傻了。立刻變得鴉雀無聲。

　　下了課，同學(xué)們憤憤不平，可是，又能怎么樣呢？我們班的鬧事大王可是頭一次吃這么打的虧，頭一次遇到這么嚴(yán)厲的老師。不少同學(xué)在默默背課文，強壓著心里的怒火。

　　第二天上課上，老師第一件事就是查聽力字條。結(jié)果，全班不少小組都吃了啞巴虧，扣分像流水似的。之后老師又檢查課文背誦，有好幾個同學(xué)像結(jié)巴了一樣，支支吾吾了半天，什么也沒背出來，結(jié)果每人被罰抄課文，又扣了20分，只能悻悻離去。同學(xué)們一個個大眼瞪小眼，驚恐的看著老師。

　　就這樣，幾個月下來，全班小組都成了負(fù)分，這意味著，全班寒假都要抄課文了。同學(xué)們很多都垂頭喪氣，任人宰割。但是還得學(xué)習(xí)。但有一天，事件終于迎來了轉(zhuǎn)機。

　　這天，剛一上課，英語課代表就把手舉得高高的。干什么呀？老師拿書敲了一下桌子，問英語課代表。老師嚴(yán)肅的目光又有點讓人害怕，看著課代表。課代表趕緊避開英語老師的目光，說：我要挑戰(zhàn)。剛說完，全班好幾十雙眼睛齊刷刷的瞪著她。她頓了一下，可能是對老師的'威嚴(yán)有點兒害怕。我要挑戰(zhàn)，她轉(zhuǎn)過身，指向副課代表老趙。他。這時，全班的目光又投向了老趙。誰？站起來！老師那敏銳的雙眼仔細(xì)瞧著每一個同學(xué)，老趙還沒起來，老師已經(jīng)走到他身邊了。老趙站了起來，目光慌亂，低頭看著桌子。這時，老趙的同桌一再給他打氣。小聲說：緊張什么呀？咱們不可能讓女生給比下去。準(zhǔn)備好了嗎，那就開始吧。老師的話語中帶著鼓勵。老趙抬起頭來，他的目光與老師的目光相遇了，仿佛擦出了火花。他知道，不比不行了。

　　從此，在英語課上，要比賽的人絡(luò)繹不絕。記得是快期末考試的時候，上級教育主管部門來我們學(xué)校抽查各門學(xué)科成績。我們班在全級里是成績最好的，在口語課上，別的班的同學(xué)不少都磕磕絆絆，而我們班同學(xué)們大多同色的完成了老師的提問。并且很多同學(xué)都對答如流。為什么呢？這都是在課文比拼中，大家都鍛練了自己英語靈活運用能力和表達(dá)的勇氣，培養(yǎng)了同學(xué)們的沉著和機智，以及爭強好勝向上的心！

　　我得感謝我們的老師，是她出奇制勝，想出了這樣一個妙招，調(diào)動了同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。實現(xiàn)了我們班英語成績的大幅度提高。英語作為一門語言，只有多練，多學(xué)，聽說讀寫四步同時進(jìn)行才能收到好的學(xué)習(xí)效果。我相信，老師的良苦用心，我們會在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中受益無窮。
