There is a beautiful little village in the valley. It is my hometown. In the past, the forest on the back of my home was green and the water was clear and the sky was blue and blue.

We also have a lot of people around us who are so environmentally conscious that we really want more people to be involved in the environment and make the environment better.

地球是我們的家園，美好的環(huán)境更是我們開心生活的前提。為了我們賴以生存的家園能偶青春永駐，我提出三條建議：
一、工業(yè)污水不要隨意排放，最好能夠統(tǒng)一處理后循環(huán)使用。
二、生活垃圾要分類回收，以便再利用。號召人們愛護(hù)環(huán)境，并在一些衛(wèi)生狀況較差的區(qū)域貼上醒目的警示標(biāo)志。
三、對空氣污染進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和治理，尤其是要對那些不規(guī)范的飲食攤點排量超標(biāo)的煙囪限期整改。
在我們身邊還有許多人環(huán)保意識淡薄，真希望有更多人加入到環(huán)保行列當(dāng)中，讓周圍的環(huán)境變得越來越好。

How to protect/save our environment/world?
As we all know, the environment around us is getting worse and worse /more and more seriously today. Water is polluted, we have no clean water to drink. Many trees are cutting down, some animals are getting less and less. Some factories are pouring dirty air into the sky. The population is increasing faster and faster, resources are getting less and less…etc. Not only does it affect our lives and health, it also has a great affection in the future. People’s health has been greatly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, something must be done to stop the pollution. It’s our duty to protect our environment. We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. Trees are very helpful and important for us. We should plant more and more trees in order to live better and more healthy in the future.
If everyone makes contribution to protecting the environment, the world will become much more beautiful. In a word, if everyone pays more attention to our environment, there will be less pollution and our life will be better. “There is only one earth”, I hope everyone will protect our environment well.

government,corporations and individuals alike.More specifically,the primary obligation lies in individuals.
Gone are the days when we saw greenery once walking on the street.It is high time
we gave priority to environmental protection.It is indisputable that government plays a significant role in preserving the environment.However,to be more exact,the government is just the one who makes strategic decisions while the ones who practice it are the individuals.For instance,the government has been committed to protecting the animals and therefore launched a policy to protect endangered animals.To prevent the hunters from hunting endangered animals,the government’s main responsibility is to supervise the process whereas it is everyone’s compelling obligation not to hunt the endangered animals.
Additionally,the definition of government is rather abstract while the individuals’ is
practical. A question has arisen:who is the governmentThe answer is obscure.So we cannot depend on the government to share our duty of protecting our surroundings.Truly,the government serve us people,they surely are accountable to the environmental protection.But let us keep in mind that the environment belongs to every individuals.The responsibility and effort of individuals matter a lot to the success of every single measure.
In conclusion,individuals are obliged to preserve the environment.Undoubtedly,the
ones who act in positions of authority on behalf of the government are supposed to assume greater shares of responsibility for the environment.
