Save electricity.We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy.It is crucial.We can't imagine what the life will be like without it.Everyone should do his best to save electricity.
Save forests.They are useful .Please stop cutting them down and use recycled paper instead.Make our world a green one to live in.

在上世紀(jì)90年代中后期，鏡湖的水體呈高富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化狀態(tài)，水質(zhì)嚴(yán)重惡化，水變成了黃色。惡化的原因主要有：蕪湖市某醫(yī)院通過地下水道將大量未經(jīng)處理的污物、污水直接排進(jìn)了鏡湖；部分素質(zhì)不高的市民往鏡湖里倒垃圾；最可氣的是鏡湖風(fēng)景區(qū)的某些工作人員竟然在鏡湖里洗拖把！慢慢地，鏡湖水變成了黃色，湖面上漂浮著許多垃圾，還散發(fā)著一股臭味。來到鏡湖邊的人們都捂著鼻子跑開了，嘴里還不停地說：“真臭！臭死了！”
一九九九年DDD二０００年，蕪湖市人民政府號(hào)召全市人民清理鏡湖。首先，工作人員用機(jī)器將湖水抽干，再由黨員帶頭和市民們一起挖掉淤泥，最后注入清澈的水。我外公是黨員，他有著親身體驗(yàn)，外公說，那次勞動(dòng)很累，但改善了鏡湖的水質(zhì)，大伙兒都感到很高興。
現(xiàn)在人們的.環(huán)保意識(shí)增強(qiáng)了，再也沒有人往鏡湖里扔垃圾、排污水了。當(dāng)你來到鏡湖時(shí)，你會(huì)看到一片清澈的湖水，水底游來游去的小魚，湖水旁婀娜的垂柳和剛長(zhǎng)出來的青青的小草。

In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut down, and waste water is being poured continuously in to rivers. Furthermore, wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The whole ecological balance of the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to man's existence.
We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance, new laws must be passed to place strict control over industrial pollution, the public must receive the education about the hazard of pollution and soon. Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However, the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinarypeople should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth could be a better place to live in.
