The responsibility for preventing the environment damage should be assumed by
government,corporations and individuals alike.More specifically,the primary obligation lies in individuals.
Gone are the days when we saw greenery once walking on the street.It is high time
we gave priority to environmental protection.It is indisputable that government plays a significant role in preserving the environment.However,to be more exact,the government is just the one who makes strategic decisions while the ones who practice it are the individuals.For instance,the government has been committed to protecting the animals and therefore launched a policy to protect endangered animals.To prevent the hunters from hunting endangered animals,the government’s main responsibility is to supervise the process whereas it is everyone’s compelling obligation not to hunt the endangered animals.
Additionally,the definition of government is rather abstract while the individuals’ is
practical. A question has arisen:who is the governmentThe answer is obscure.So we cannot depend on the government to share our duty of protecting our surroundings.Truly,the government serve us people,they surely are accountable to the environmental protection.But let us keep in mind that the environment belongs to every individuals.The responsibility and effort of individuals matter a lot to the success of every single measure.
In conclusion,individuals are obliged to preserve the environment.Undoubtedly,the
ones who act in positions of authority on behalf of the government are supposed to assume greater shares of responsibility for the environment.

My house have a garden downstairs, where flowers bloom all the year round, is the main place to neighbors leisure entertainment. The children often play there, I also liked to play there.
Homework today, I came to visit my good friends in the garden, flowers, they found flowers side there are a lot of rubbish. Think of "the teacher said to protect the environment is the responsibility of each one of us", I immediately ran over to pick up all the rubbish into the dustbin, at this moment, the other side of the garden came the cries of children: Peng Linqian, come and play! I can't help but stopped, the in the mind like two little quarrelling, pick up, afraid of see after children, said I was picking up litter. Don't pick up, let the garbage lying there quietly? Mom and dad gave me courage. Environmental protection is more important than face, they would say I am picking up litter and let them say! I don't care now. Without hesitation, I run past, all the trash in the underground (bin) back to their home. Then, the people around to me to approval.

If they don’t learn to support themselves, they will be “useless people” when they graduate. In the second place, it is not easy for our parents to arrange for our schooling. Last but not the least important, there is no denying the fact that our country is still poor. There are many people who cannot go to university and many poor people still need our help.
As far as I am concerned, I should set a good example to reduce waste on campus. First of all, I will refrain from wasting anything, from food to stationery. What’s more, I’m determined to call on more schoolmates to fight against waste. Only through these measures can we hope to reduce waste on campus.
