　　二生活垃圾要分類回收，以便再利用。號召人們愛護環(huán)境，并在一些衛(wèi)生狀況較差的區(qū)域貼上醒目的警示標志。

　　三對空氣污染進行監(jiān)督和治理，尤其是要對那些排量超標的煙囪限期整改。
