每天早上7：30起床，花15分鐘收拾床被、洗漱完成，再花15分鐘聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)磁帶。
8：00就是我這個(gè)小孫悟空大鬧天宮的時(shí)候了。先是花30分鐘聽(tīng)音樂(lè)做運(yùn)動(dòng)，這樣是不是有勞逸結(jié)合的感覺(jué)呢?
