          There are several my troubles, annoys me most is my figure.

          一.吃完飯后走一會(huì)兒,不要吃完后坐下,那樣容易增肥。

          二.每天晚上只吃一個(gè)蘋果,喝一杯水。

          三.每天晚上吃完飯后,到院子里走上20圈。

          四.每天晚上睡覺(jué)前天20下,防止橫向發(fā)展。

          備注:如果要是違背,下蹲50個(gè)。

          這就是我的減肥計(jì)劃,現(xiàn)在經(jīng)過(guò)我的不短努力,我已經(jīng)成功的減了5斤。

          還有令我頭痛的是我的外號(hào)“胖子”“周胖子”,每當(dāng)我聽(tīng)到這兩個(gè)外號(hào),我心里都非常的憤怒。所以我要減成一個(gè)瘦子,別讓外號(hào)在來(lái)找我。

          這就是我的煩惱,也是最令我頭痛的煩惱。
