很多小朋友都是聽著兒歌長大的，小朋友對附有旋律感的兒歌、童謠，很感興趣。英語學(xué)習(xí)也可以借用了這一方式，用英語兒歌來幫助小朋友學(xué)英語，說英語哦。
有時，小朋友的興趣可能持續(xù)的時間比較短，一首歌唱幾遍也就不喜歡唱了，那么怎樣能更好地調(diào)動孩子的興趣呢？我們了解到一種更好的學(xué)習(xí)方法：英語音樂劇。
音樂劇，又稱為歌舞劇，是把音樂、歌曲、舞蹈和對白融合到一起的一種表演形式，演員通過語言，音樂和動作來表達故事的內(nèi)容和故事中人物的感情。比如，音樂之聲、西區(qū)故事、悲慘世界等都是很優(yōu)秀的音樂劇。
《音樂之聲》這個經(jīng)典的音樂劇，后來還被拍成了電影，深受觀眾歡迎，里面有首非常經(jīng)典的歌曲《雪絨花》，一直到如今，還有很多人傳唱。
把音樂劇作為一種英語學(xué)習(xí)方式，我們可以將英語兒歌或童謠和舞蹈表演結(jié)合起來，讓孩子在跳舞、表演的同時學(xué)唱英文兒歌。

寒假里，我給孩子們布置的英語作業(yè)是，學(xué)會四首兒歌。其中一首兒歌就是“ten little indian boys”.開學(xué)檢查作業(yè)的時候，發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們，連續(xù)唱四首歌曲，小臉上頓時出現(xiàn)了不耐煩的情緒，怎樣調(diào)節(jié)學(xué)生們的情緒？我的腦海里頓時想起來現(xiàn)在很流行的一種音樂方式：“音樂話劇”。

孩子們個個蹦蹦跳跳的上講臺表演，表情是那么可愛，真像一個個的印第安小人。這時候，臺下的孩子們也按捺不住自己的`情緒，個個踴躍報名。20句的英語歌詞就這樣，在孩子們接連不斷的報數(shù)聲中，像一粒粒種子牢牢的種在了學(xué)生的心里。
新頒布的《英語課程標(biāo)準》對兒童學(xué)兒歌也提出具體的目標(biāo)和要求：一級（三、四年級）要求能唱簡單的英文歌15-20首，說歌謠15-20首；二級（五、六年級）要求學(xué)生能表演歌曲或簡單詩歌30-40首（含一級要求），能演唱英文歌曲30-40首。
也許一首兒歌，孩子很容易學(xué)會，但是數(shù)量多了，也許孩子就記不清楚了，特別是對于幼兒來說，如果配上動作表演，附和著音樂，編排成音樂劇的話，就會好學(xué)得多了。
就拿《音樂之聲》中的幾個小孩子來說吧。可愛的孩子們在比賽和客廳里演唱的《晚安，再見！》，幾個孩子輪流說唱，動作是那么優(yōu)雅，聲音也是那么甜美，令人非常喜歡。
我們平時，在家里也可以很孩子一起編排這樣的音樂劇，根據(jù)兒歌的旋律和歌詞內(nèi)容，設(shè)計動作，這樣學(xué)英語能調(diào)動孩子的積極性，也比較有效果。正如米子舞老師所說：“孩子們喜歡唱歌，善于模仿，不怕重復(fù)。多數(shù)兒童樂感與節(jié)奏感較強，他們學(xué)一首歌往往比學(xué)一段話容易。”而音樂劇，避免了孩子單獨來唱的單調(diào)和“不情愿”，一家人合作，或者幾個孩子一起玩兒，既是游戲，也是學(xué)習(xí)。何樂而不為呢？

College graduation will qualify you for many jobs that would not be available to you any other way. Your career advancement should be easier because some job promotions require a college degree.
It’s important to think about different options when deciding how to spend one’s summer during college. Don’t waste the three months off by not planning ahead of time. Consider the four options outlined below.
It’s important for college students to have some real world experience when they graduate and have their hard-earned degrees. A college degree will only get someone so far without any experience in the field. Many organizations and employers will not consider someone without experience. If college students can’t get hired without experience, how do they start? Take unpaid internships.
Some college students need a paying job over the summer to support themselves; however, if someone has the means to support oneself while completing a summer internship, then he/she should take the opportunity to build his/her resume. After college students complete an internship, they are more likely to get a paid job in the same field the next summer or after they graduate. This is a good way to get a positive reference for one’s resume.
College is expensive, and many students rely on financial aid and savings to get through the four years of study. If college students can find jobs that relate to their major, then they should take that opportunity. If this is not a possibility, then taking the best paid job available is usually the next best option. Any work experience that is done well can result in a good reference or recommendation for future employment.
