Last Friday I fell off my bike. One of my legs was badly hurt and I had to stay in bed.

"I am very sorry to hear the bad news, "she began taking a seat by my side. "You mustn't worry about your lessons. I can help you."
"Thank you, teacher. But you are so busy. What's more,you are in poor health yourself."
"Never mind." With the words, she took out the textbook and began to explain the text.

英語老師上課與下課呈現給我們的形象是截然不同的，上課時的英語老師嚴肅認真，英語老師的知識功底很深，在課堂上，我們聽著站在講臺上老師的講解，每個人都全心的投入到其中。英語老師的上課效果極好，班上同學們的英語成績都好上了不少。等到一場考試過后，我班同學在英語老師的帶領下都考出了不錯的成績。
這是上課時的英語老師，等到下課鈴聲一響，英語老師可就完全變了一副模樣。下課時的英語老師完完全全變成了我第一次見到的模樣。英語老師愛笑，下課與班上同學聚在一起，英語老師臉上的笑容就一直沒有落下過。英語老師的.聲音也很好聽，并且脾氣也很好，所以班上同學一到下課就圍繞在英語老師的周圍。
記得有一次我班上體育課，我們在一起打籃球。英語老師見到了，瞬間擼起袖子就朝著我們走了過來，這氣勢澎湃的樣子，都快讓我們忽略了英語老師的性別了。
那一場球賽，我們打得很是激烈。也正是因為那一次球賽，讓我們又認識了一個新的英語老師。之后課后時間里，我班還有不少喜歡打籃球的同學去找英語老師打籃球。這樣下來，我班的不少同學都與英語老師建立了較厚的感情。
