Today we visited a farm。 Early in the morning， we met at the school gate and went there together The farm workers gave us a warm wele。 Then the head of the farm showed us around。
How glad we were to see the crops and vegetables growing well。 At noon we had a picnic lunch in the sunshine。 After a ten minutes' break， we had great fun singing and dancing， telling jokes(笑話) or stories。 Two of us even played a game of chess。 The time passed quickly。 Before we knew it，we had to say goodbye to the workers。

“媽媽，我回來了！”我邊說邊走進(jìn)自己的小天地，等著媽媽像往常一樣收拾桌子盛飯給我吃。過了一會兒，我走出小房間看到媽媽仍坐在那兒讀英語。“嗨，看來媽媽今天要走火入魔了。”我輕輕地嘀咕著，“過一會兒再說吧！”我就回到房間拿出作業(yè)做了起來。
