Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. 一天，我和媽媽及朋友一起來到了“金茂國際俱樂部”。我們做了熱身運(yùn)動(dòng)，就鉆到了水底下，水的溫度是28度，可是一點(diǎn)都沒有那么高，我感到有點(diǎn)冷，但我們還是堅(jiān)持游了3個(gè)小時(shí)，這是因?yàn)槲医?jīng)常在家練習(xí)增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)，所以才會(huì)這樣。感覺有點(diǎn)累，我們又玩了一會(huì)……
