Raise cigaretteprices by adding higher tobacco taxes and use the money for antismoking campaigns.
為了保護(hù)非吸煙者不受其害，應(yīng)當(dāng)采取措施減少吸煙的機(jī)會。應(yīng)當(dāng)告誡兒童不要吸煙。不允許煙草公司在電視上、電臺上、報紙和雜志上刊登香煙廣告。清除那些自動售煙機(jī)。增加煙草稅收以提高香煙價格，并且把這些錢投入戒煙運(yùn)動中。
