英語測試對于提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量起著有效的促進(jìn)作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學(xué)工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，使學(xué)生在今后的測試中不斷發(fā)揚成績，克服缺點，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況
高質(zhì)量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，分析學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況以改進(jìn)教學(xué)，提高教學(xué)效率和教學(xué)效果。有效的評講，能讓學(xué)生找到自己的不足和改進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)的方法。
有效地評講英語試卷應(yīng)該堅持三個原則：
一、評講的內(nèi)容和細(xì)節(jié)必須由學(xué)生實情決定。學(xué)生才是課堂的主體，教師只是引導(dǎo)者。學(xué)生在測試中暴露了他們自己在英語各方面存在的問題或漏洞，學(xué)生有他們自己的難點和疑惑。教師具體該講什么和怎樣講必須根據(jù)學(xué)生的情況和特點來進(jìn)行。對于學(xué)生普遍存在的難點，應(yīng)該仔細(xì)分析，詳細(xì)評講。對于個別學(xué)生存在的難題，可以個別輔導(dǎo)，個別評講。
二、評講必須結(jié)合試卷特點。盡管都是英語測試，但不同階段，不同時間的測試試卷是有其自身的特點的。教師應(yīng)該在認(rèn)真分析和研究試卷的基礎(chǔ)上評講試卷，切不可千篇一律的對待各種英語試卷。試卷的評講步驟和時間長度都要根據(jù)試題的難度來定，當(dāng)然必須結(jié)合學(xué)生實際。對于不同類別的試卷應(yīng)該有不同的評講方式，對于試卷中的不同題型也應(yīng)該用不同的方法。
三、評講時必須給予學(xué)生必要的反饋和消化的時間。英語課堂的師生互動性很強，即使是評講試卷也應(yīng)如此。評講時切不可讓老師一個人唱獨角戲，其間必須穿插必要的互動和反饋。尤其在評講典型錯題時，有必要先讓學(xué)生自述答題思路，然后由老師根據(jù)學(xué)生的錯誤根源進(jìn)行講解，最后讓學(xué)生再讀題目和正確的解答依據(jù)。學(xué)生始終是受教育的主體，教師切勿包辦一切。
簡而言之，評講試卷必須結(jié)合試卷的特點和學(xué)生的實際情況，切不可草率行事。 怎樣才能有效的評講英語試卷呢?
第一、認(rèn)真了解和初步分析試卷。在評講前，教師有必要用自己教給學(xué)生的方法親自把試卷做一遍，以便確定試題的檢測范圍和感受試題的難度。在做題的過程中可以預(yù)測學(xué)生的難點，也可以根據(jù)學(xué)生所學(xué)內(nèi)容，看看哪些題目超出了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)范圍。當(dāng)然，也可以檢閱試卷的不足，以便今后選擇并合理利用英語試卷。
第二、認(rèn)真統(tǒng)計學(xué)生成績。在批閱完學(xué)生試卷后，認(rèn)真統(tǒng)計學(xué)生的成績是很有必要的。統(tǒng)計的項目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在統(tǒng)計出平均成績后，可以參照其他班的情況分析，確定該班的成績位置。平均分較低，就說明該班的成績較差。如果平均分較高，那該班的整體情況就較好。另外，還要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之間的差距。差距越大，兩級分化就越嚴(yán)重，教學(xué)的難度就越大。在排列學(xué)生成績時，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中間位置考生的分?jǐn)?shù)，并把該成績列為全班成績的中位數(shù)。在評講試題時，要特別注意中位段的學(xué)生的反映和效果。
第三、根據(jù)學(xué)生的成績和分析情況，再次分析試卷，并做好學(xué)生的錯誤統(tǒng)計。在分析學(xué)生成績后，及時的看學(xué)生答題的錯誤率，從中找出學(xué)生的典型錯題。錯誤率較高的題目，就是要評講的重點部位。這部分題目，既是學(xué)生應(yīng)該關(guān)注的，也是教師應(yīng)該詳細(xì)評講的。在統(tǒng)計錯誤率后，教師應(yīng)該耐心的查閱典型錯題，分析學(xué)生答錯的原因，反思自己教學(xué)上的不足。對于，教師很難作分析的題目，要及時與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流，然后再確定學(xué)生做錯的根源。 第四、認(rèn)真耐心的評講試卷。在試卷發(fā)給學(xué)生之后，教師可以安排學(xué)生自主討論和簡單分析自己的試卷。教師最好要提示學(xué)生如何討論和分析。例如，要求學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的錯題，并盡力分析出錯題的知識類別：是賓語從句還是動詞不定式，還是動名詞或是其他的。
在學(xué)生分析錯誤類別后，可讓學(xué)生互相討論解答的方法或依據(jù)等，讓學(xué)生達(dá)到初步了解解答出錯的根源，并試著改正自己的錯誤。對于學(xué)生猜對的題目，也要要求學(xué)生誠實地標(biāo)出來，一并作為錯題對待，設(shè)法杜絕學(xué)生答題的僥幸心理。在學(xué)生討論分析試卷后，教師就可以開始評講試卷了。對于學(xué)生錯誤率較高的試題，教師必須詳細(xì)的評講。評講時不光要書寫答題的根據(jù)，還要多舉相關(guān)的例子，最終要讓學(xué)生能正確解答這些題和相似的.試題。對于錯誤率較低的試題，蜻蜓點水般的評講就可以了。當(dāng)然，這部分錯題的分析可以讓成績優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生來完成。既可以從分發(fā)揮優(yōu)生的能力，又能給其他學(xué)生提供鮮活的榜樣。最后，就要解答學(xué)生的疑問了。
在評講試題時，教師最好不要全部評講，而是留一些小的疑問給學(xué)生。這樣便于引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會提問和思考。在教師評講了主要錯題之后，可以讓學(xué)生之間互相討論，讓他們嘗試相互探討相互學(xué)習(xí)。在討論和研究的過程中，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的激情，啟發(fā)他們思考和解決問題。在學(xué)生提出疑問后及時有針對性地給予解答，并隨時肯定學(xué)生的質(zhì)疑能力和探討精神。
