　　一天，我和媽媽及朋友一起來到了“金茂國際俱樂部”。我們做了熱身運(yùn)動，就鉆到了水底下，水的溫度是28度，可是一點都沒有那么高，我感到有點冷，但我們還是堅持游了3個小時，這是因為我經(jīng)常在家練習(xí)增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)，所以才會這樣。感覺有點累，我們又玩了一會……

　　通過學(xué)習(xí)游泳，我深深感覺到對于一件事只要我們有興趣并且刻苦努力去做，就一定會成功。
