          My View on Job-hopping.

Directions: For this part, you are allowed thirty minutes to write a composition on the topic My View on dob-hopping. You should write at least 120 words and you should base your composition on the outline (given in Chinese) below:

          文章包含以下內(nèi)容:

          1.有些人喜歡始終從事一種工作,因?yàn)椤?/p>

My View on Job-hopping people have different attitudes towards their work. Some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. These people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. So if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work. Others, on the other hand, like to change their jobs at times. In their opinion, people work in order to make more money. If they havea chance to get a better paid job, they will certainly try to get this chance. Besides, if a person does only one job all his life, he will certainly be bored with it. My idea is that interest is the most important if one wants to excel others in his job. So if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. Otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to succeed in his career.

          跳槽英語(yǔ)作文 3

Most people change jobs several times in their careers, especially the young people, they keep switching companies, we call it job-hopping. For young people, sometimes changing jobs brings benefit, but the constant job-hopping hinders their reputation and interrupts daily life.

The biggest disadvantage of job-hopping is that it brings negative affect on the trust issues. When the employer sees the resume of a job applicant, the thing he cares about most is the job experience, while if there are more than 10 different job experiences on the resume, what will the employer thinks! There is no doubt that he will be surprised and giving no chance to the guy, because he worries about the guy won’t stay long in the company.

In addition, the constant job-hopping also interrupts the normal life. Changing a job means to find the new employer, to rewrite the cover letter and to prepare for the interview, how annoying it is. All of these take a lot of time, the new job means to restart again, the different work place needs to relocate, you need to adjust yourself.

For most people, they need to change jobs sometimes, it is normal. But some people change jobs without further thinking, they make the rush decision, which damages their careers, so it is better to take a wise decision.

          跳槽英語(yǔ)作文 4

Some people tend to stick to their positions all tile time, as theythink the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their life energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. they are usually high achievers.

Some are different. they are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue what is new and stimulating. They never seem content with their present situation. some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances; so they hop from job to job.

As far as i am coneerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constanr job hopping, as the saying goes "jack of all trades, master of none". but I want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creativc and less partial.

          跳槽英語(yǔ)作文 6

“You quit again? What’s your new job?” Job-hopping has become a hot topic among people, especially the young, and has caused heated debates.

Many people prefer to do one job for life. In their opinion, people who change jobs frequently are superficial. They believe that the only way to succeed is to stick to one job. Constant practice in a professional field helps to become an expert.

But many people disagree. They believe that change will lead to progress.

If you’re not happy in your current job, of course you have the right to move to a more challenging, better-paying job, and every change is a step toward further success.

As far as I’m concerned, I think it makes sense to change jobs if you have a better opportunity, but once you find a position where you can give full play to your abilities, you should settle down and put your heart and soul into it. Only in this way can you truly enjoy achieving your goals.
