So if not filling breakfast, people’s body will get weaker. We can eat less food in lunch and dinner, but not in breakfast. It is said that some will get fat if they don’t have breakfast, because the diet is not balanced, the body takes in more than what they need. So in order to keep fit, we should have breakfast.

　　上個星期六的下午，我參加了“星星火炬英語風采大賽浙江選拔賽”。為了這次比賽，我做了精心的準備，背了《伊索寓言》中的《狐貍與猴子》這個故事，還有一段簡短的自我介紹，賽前我自己覺得信心滿滿。

　　到了賽場以后我發(fā)現(xiàn)這里早就熱鬧非凡：有的正閑庭散步；有的正在排練自己的作品；有的已經(jīng)結(jié)束比賽，正在嬉鬧玩耍。在足足等待了兩個小時以后終于輪到我參加的賽次了。

　　參賽同學依次排隊入場坐下后，看到前排的眾多評委考官，我的心情一下子開始緊張起來，只感覺自己的心像小兔子一樣“撲通撲通”狂跳不已，手掌心里也冒出汗來�？吹接械倪x手神態(tài)自若，對答如流；有的選手吞吞吐吐，神情迷茫；我忐忑不安的緊張心情到了極點，真想逃離考場不參加比賽了。當耳邊聽到考官喊：“K-738選手請上場！”我硬著頭皮走上了賽場。剛站在臺上那一刻，我都不知所措。當開始自我介紹以后，我緊張的情緒才開始慢慢放松下來，故事也一氣呵成地講完了，考官的問答也順利過關(guān)，但在第一次遇到看圖說話的題目還是有些困難。回到自己的座位，還感覺在夢境一般。

　　回到家里，我看了媽媽給我錄的錄像，這才知道由于自己第一次參加這樣的大賽，姿態(tài)僵硬，兩只手居然像鳥兒的翅膀一樣一直張著，這種姿態(tài)一直保持到比賽結(jié)束，可以看出我的緊張程度。

　　通過這次難忘的比賽經(jīng)歷，我知道許多事并沒有想像中的那么簡單，需要我不斷地學習和鍛煉。不管怎樣，我克服了緊張，勇敢地站在臺上展示了自己的“風采”，沒有做逃兵。
