I reasoned with her, pointing to the notice on the wall, which read "All the goods bought here can be changed if there"s something wrong. " She had nothing to say but still refused my request. Just then the manager came. After I told him the whole matter, he criticized the salesgirl and had the coat changed for me. At last, I left the shop with satisfaction.
