有一天，屈原聽說楚國快要滅亡了，非常傷心，心想：連國家都滅亡了，我還活著有什么用?想到這里，他抱起石頭跳進了汩羅江。
這一天是五月初五，人們傷心極了，他們把米扔入江里，讓魚吃米，不吃屈原，并且奮力劃船去河里找屈原。
