Nowadays many students like eating junk food.On the way home or to school,they usually buy some junk food in the shops,eating and walking.But junk food isn't nutritious,it's harmful to their health.People who often eat junk food can get ill more easily.For our health,we should not eat junk food.We should eat more healthy food ,such as vegetables,fruit and meat.

Nowadays, there are so many junk food, such as the fried food, these food taste delicious, so they are easily to catch people’s attention. Especially for the children, they don’t have the limitation to eat the junk food and make their bodies weaker. So in order to stay fit, we should say no to the junk food.
如今，到處都充斥著垃圾食品，比如油炸的食物，這些食品吃起來(lái)很美味，因此很容易吸引人們的注意。特別是對(duì)于孩子來(lái)說(shuō)，他們沒(méi)有節(jié)制地吃垃圾食品，身體變得不好。所以為了保持健康，我們應(yīng)該對(duì)垃圾食品說(shuō)不。

In the picture we can see that two fat boys are enjoying their favorite foods in a McDonald's shop. What the picture conveys to us is apparent. Nowadays many students like eating junk food. On the way home or to school, they usually buy some junk food in the shops, eating while walking. As we all know, junk foods such as such as KFC and Pizzahut are harmful. They are seriously endangering the health of our children.
Junk foods are anything but nutritious. They taste wonderful on our mouth but have got more harmfulness within. As junk foods contain excess of cholesterol, saturated fat, sugar, salt and more calories, they are liable to make children get fat, just like the two boys shown in the picture. Besides, junk foods may lead to some other medical problems in children. What’s worse, eating lots of junk food may make children get harder to choose healthy food over time. A new research shows thatchildren brought up on healthy diets are more intelligent compared with their junk food eating counterparts.
Therefore, some necessary actions must be taken to keep the junk food aways from children. First of all, an education program should be carried out among children so that they know junk food is harmful to their health. The government should encourage food manufactorturers to produce more healthy and nutritious food for children. What more important, parents should hold the responsibily to ensure that their children stay away from junk food.

垃圾食品談不上有什么營(yíng)養(yǎng)，雖然味好，但里面有許多害物質(zhì)。垃圾食品含有過(guò)量的膽固醇、飽和脂肪、糖、鹽和熱量，容易讓兒童發(fā)胖，就像所示如這兩個(gè)男孩的那樣。另外，垃圾食品還可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致一些其它的兒童身體健康問(wèn)題。更糟的是，垃圾食物吃久了就會(huì)很難再選擇健康食品。新研究發(fā)現(xiàn)還表明，那些飲食健康的孩子要比老吃垃圾食品的同齡人聰明。
因此，必須采取一些必要的措施來(lái)讓兒童遠(yuǎn)離垃圾食品。首先，應(yīng)該兒童中開(kāi)展教育活動(dòng)，要讓他們懂得垃圾食品有害健康。政府應(yīng)該鼓勵(lì)食品生產(chǎn)商為兒童生產(chǎn)更多健康、有營(yíng)養(yǎng)的食品。更重要的是，父母應(yīng)該負(fù)起責(zé)任，一定確保證他們的孩子遠(yuǎn)離垃圾食品。
