首先，應(yīng)該告訴市民，要關(guān)注每一件環(huán)保的事，積極做環(huán)保工作，不要隨手扔垃圾、看到垃圾要及時撿起。其次，要把廢舊電池該扔哪的問題解決好，應(yīng)該把這件事給做得更完善：在一些地方分放一些回收廢舊電池的筒，每天都有專門負(fù)責(zé)的.人去取。這樣一來，不管是住在偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)，還是住在熱鬧的地方，都可以很方便的把廢舊電池處理了，再也不會發(fā)生人們不知道廢舊電池怎么處理，就把廢舊電池扔進(jìn)垃圾箱里的事了。最后，政府應(yīng)該增加一個環(huán)保工作者的職務(wù)，讓更多的人投身于環(huán)保工作當(dāng)中!
