通過單位召開的民主生活會(huì)，我仔細(xì)剖析了自己的思想動(dòng)態(tài)和所作所為，認(rèn)真進(jìn)行自我剖析，現(xiàn)對(duì)自身的問題進(jìn)一步的反思，進(jìn)行批評(píng)與自我批評(píng)。
一、個(gè)人在工作、學(xué)習(xí)以及思想作風(fēng)、工作作風(fēng)方面存在的問題和不足。
1、理論學(xué)習(xí)的自覺性不強(qiáng)，運(yùn)用理論去指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工作不夠。
2、管理方面老好人思想嚴(yán)重。
3、在政府工程的管理中缺乏與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的溝通。
二、產(chǎn)生問題的原因分析。
1、在鉆研知識(shí)、提高能力上有惰性，還缺乏“擠”和“鉆”的耐勞精神，缺乏刻苦學(xué)習(xí)的恒心，，把鉆研業(yè)務(wù)當(dāng)作成了一種負(fù)擔(dān)。
2、沒有從整個(gè)項(xiàng)目和單位的整體利益出發(fā)，不愿對(duì)項(xiàng)目部人員進(jìn)行批評(píng)，怕影響同事關(guān)系、怕得罪人、顧慮太多。
3、認(rèn)為自己管理工程和項(xiàng)目部已經(jīng)很累，從心理上不愿意去想如何和部分甲方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)打交道，按部就班，按照常規(guī)的溝通出牌。
4、認(rèn)為單位每周都進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理應(yīng)該掌握培訓(xùn)的知識(shí)，沒有意識(shí)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理的學(xué)習(xí)精神有高有低，不是所有的人員都在認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)。
三、今后努力方向。
我決心通過這次批評(píng)與自我批評(píng)，找準(zhǔn)問題，抓住問題的根源，認(rèn)清今后努力的方向，要在今后的工作、生活中努力克服自己存在的不足，審視自己、規(guī)范自己、嚴(yán)格要求自己。
1、要樹立刻苦學(xué)習(xí)的精神，特別是加大對(duì)暖通、給排水、電器、消防等安裝方面專業(yè)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)，并且把理論要與實(shí)際緊密的結(jié)合起來，著眼于工作中的運(yùn)用，通過實(shí)際的運(yùn)用，上升到理論的高度要把自己的思維和步履統(tǒng)一到總體部署上，堅(jiān)定不移的立足本崗位，為單位和項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
2、20xx年開始加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目部管理，切實(shí)的從考勤，日記、月報(bào)、小結(jié)等方面加大管理力度，制定項(xiàng)目部管理制度，客服老好人思想，同時(shí)加大對(duì)那些只出勤不干活的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理的管理力度，使項(xiàng)目部的管理再上一個(gè)臺(tái)階！
3、改變懶惰的溝通思想方法，在今后的工作中要勤動(dòng)腦、細(xì)琢磨，經(jīng)常換位思考，加強(qiáng)溝通，多從側(cè)面了解甲方的想法，提前將會(huì)出現(xiàn)的問題向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)。

I come from Tong Liao, a beautiful city of Inner Mongolia. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Management School of Wuhan University of science and technology in June, . Now，I am doing my best to obtain an opportunity to further my education in Tianjin University which I have dreamed of for two years. That’s why I feel so excited about talking to you today.
Just as I have said, I graduated from Wuhan University of science and technology. Although it is not well known, I still appreciate it, because it offered me a stage on which I could build my character and develop my abilities. During my college year, I have made rapid and great progress in many areas. As a student, I studied very hard, and was awarded scholarship many times; as a monitor, I worked responsibly and gained positive feedback from teachers and classmates; Working as a Secretary of Party branch, I strived to complete any assignment perfectly. In a word, I grew a lot during the four years to today’s me, an open-minded, responsible and steady person.
