尊敬的：
第二次站到這個(gè)講臺(tái)，是為高級(jí)工程師這個(gè)崗位。
上個(gè)月，我女兒的學(xué)校給布置了一項(xiàng)作業(yè)，讓家長(zhǎng)給孩子寫一封關(guān)于告別童年走入青春期的信。我思來想去、絞盡腦汁，最后用四個(gè)詞語來表達(dá)來我對(duì)她的期盼。這四個(gè)詞語是：理想、興趣、快樂、責(zé)任。給孩子寫完信已是深夜，我忽然在想，給孩子講了這么多，而我自己的理想是什么呢?
記得上小學(xué)三年級(jí)，老師問我們的理想是什么，我的回答是：“做一名工程師”。小時(shí)候，村里有一位叔叔大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，在城里當(dāng)工程師，其聲名聞?dòng)卩l(xiāng)鄰。在很長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間內(nèi)，他成了方圓幾十里孩子們學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。那時(shí)我想，長(zhǎng)大了我也做一名工程師，到城里設(shè)計(jì)和建造房屋該是多么高級(jí)、多么榮耀的一件事情啊。
三十年過去了，自己現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是一名高級(jí)工程師。還通過考試，取得了五個(gè)注冊(cè)工程師的資格，可以說是實(shí)現(xiàn)了小時(shí)候的理想。近幾年，隨著工作和物質(zhì)的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定，自己有時(shí)卻想去干一些清閑點(diǎn)的工作。對(duì)照給女兒信中叮嚀她的“志向要遠(yuǎn)大、要有奉獻(xiàn)精神、做一個(gè)對(duì)社會(huì)有用的人”，我深深地感到了慚愧。是啊，我還沒有給社會(huì)盡到自己的所有責(zé)任，我還沒有完全地實(shí)現(xiàn)自己兒時(shí)的理想。我知道一味的追求物質(zhì)和安逸的工作會(huì)讓一個(gè)人慢慢地變的頹廢和缺乏激情，唯有追求理想和為社會(huì)承擔(dān)自己的責(zé)任才能換來更持久的成就感和快樂。
新組建的住建局承擔(dān)著大量的住房保障和城市建設(shè)的任務(wù)。這幾年，房?jī)r(jià)，人民群眾，老百姓都在關(guān)注和期盼著我們住建部門能夠有所所為。做為住建局的一名技術(shù)干部，我覺得自己有責(zé)任、有義務(wù)站出來，在城市建設(shè)中、在保障房和廉租房的建設(shè)中，發(fā)自己的一分光，盡自己的一分力，為峽市人民的住房建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)自己的所學(xué)所能。
我深知：學(xué)歷不等同于能力，資格證書不等同于實(shí)現(xiàn)理想。我更清醒的明白：自己的資歷和能力或許還不能完全挑起總工程師的這副重?fù)?dān)。但聽了剛才各位同事的`精彩演講，讓我深受感染和鼓舞，讓我再次鼓足勇氣，第二次上到這個(gè)講臺(tái)，來表達(dá)自己作為一名普通的住建干部，愿意為我們新組建的住建局盡心出力的心聲，而不全是對(duì)局總工這個(gè)職位的追求。我們不是在爭(zhēng)權(quán)奪利，我們是來展現(xiàn)我們住建人的才華和理想，是為我們住建局的發(fā)展，獻(xiàn)言獻(xiàn)策。這樣的心聲不只是我一個(gè)人有，剛才上臺(tái)演講的每一位同事都有。我們住建局廣大干部職工都有這樣的一個(gè)心聲：我們?cè)敢庠谛乱粚镁诸I(lǐng)導(dǎo)的帶領(lǐng)下，干事創(chuàng)業(yè)、實(shí)現(xiàn)理想、奉獻(xiàn)社會(huì)、快樂生活!

Now i will introduce myself .I am 26 years old,born in AnHui province .
I was graduated from AnHui Normal university. My specialty is Electrical and Information.and i got my bachelor [‘btl] degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.
I spend most of my time on study. and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In October 20xx, I begin work for a company of Tai Wan as a Electrical engineer in Kun Shan city.
