自從在班里擔(dān)任中午的”執(zhí)行官”后，我覺(jué)得我各方面能力都有了很大的提高，憑著極大的熱情和干練的處事，贏得了老師的好評(píng)，但現(xiàn)在我和同學(xué)們的關(guān)系漸漸分裂了,今年獲得“乒乓球第七名””跳繩第六名”的成績(jī)”的榮譽(yù)。雖然是微小的，但在今后我會(huì)努力的提高有所進(jìn)步!
在管理班級(jí)的過(guò)程中，難免會(huì)遇到各種各樣的困難，面對(duì)這些困難時(shí)，我也抱怨過(guò)，也產(chǎn)生過(guò)放棄的念頭，但我一次又一次的說(shuō)服自己不要放棄，因?yàn)榉艞墸鸵馕吨郧暗呐Χ及踪M(fèi)了，我不甘心。所以，到了今天，我已能坦然面對(duì)各種困難，盡自己最大的力量去解決它們。
在參加班級(jí)管理的'過(guò)程中，尤其是參加競(jìng)選后，我明白了許多道理：做任何事都要有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感，要認(rèn)真履行自己的職責(zé)，才能無(wú)愧于心。在管理的同時(shí)，要嚴(yán)格要求自己，因?yàn)樽约旱囊慌e一動(dòng)都被同學(xué)們看在那里，如果連自己都管不好，如何去管別人?當(dāng)然，管理時(shí)一定要有耐心，要顧及同學(xué)們的感受，不要去品嘗“高處不勝寒”的滋味。否則，會(huì)給今后的工作帶來(lái)許多困難。即使有困難，也應(yīng)勇敢面對(duì)，不能因?yàn)樽约菏切『⒆泳瓦^(guò)分依賴別人。 作為三好學(xué)生,是一種榮譽(yù)，更是一種責(zé)任。我知道這條路上有許多挑戰(zhàn)，但我自信我有能力擔(dān)起這副擔(dān)子，因?yàn)槲业臒崆�，我的毅力，我的工作態(tài)度。如果我有幸當(dāng)選，我將以良好的精神狀態(tài)，做好自己的責(zé)任，使班級(jí)生活更加多姿多彩!
