today is march 8th, the new term, the last but the most important term of junior high has been on for more than seven days. it means that there are only about three months left for us to study.
we suddenly feel that time passes so fast. we still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. have you ever looked back and thought, what you did and learnt in the two and a half years? and how much did you learn from teachers, books or in any other ways?to ask yourselves, have you ever wasted time? if you say “never”, that’s very good. but if you say “yes, often,” it is so regretful. but everything has passed anyhow, we can’t get it back, so the only thing we can do is, to make better use of the time.

1.看電影學(xué)英語，但是要關(guān)掉字幕，同時(shí)盡量大聲復(fù)述所有能夠聽懂的劇中對話
我得承認(rèn)，對于一個(gè)英語聽說能力不強(qiáng)的人，如果照做的話一開始的過程會(huì)非常的痛苦。很有可能的結(jié)果是一部電影下來什么也沒有聽明白。但是，請相信我，如果能夠堅(jiān)持這樣做的話，那么在10部電影之后，就會(huì)聽懂相當(dāng)多的對白，并且能夠復(fù)述聽懂的對白中的一半。每一個(gè)人都有接受語言的本能，這個(gè)辦法帶有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)制性，但可以把我們的語言潛能發(fā)掘出來。在一開始的時(shí)候，建議挑選一些曾經(jīng)看過的影碟，這樣會(huì)幫助你對英語原聲的理解。另外，一定要保證每天，最多不超過兩天就要看一盤碟片。另外，如果條件允許，那么最好自己在一個(gè)房間里面以避免干擾。這個(gè)方法可以有效鍛煉英語聽說的基本功。
2.利用一切機(jī)會(huì)擴(kuò)大自己的詞匯量，但是先要扔掉4-6級考試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)詞匯表
4-6級的詞匯表對于擴(kuò)大詞匯量幾乎沒有價(jià)值，這個(gè)是我的個(gè)人之見。希望不要在這上面畫太多的時(shí)間。如果看碟片的程度已經(jīng)可以聽懂一些對白的話，那么可以關(guān)注一下詞匯，如果在一個(gè)段落中一個(gè)生詞反復(fù)出現(xiàn)，那么可以打開英文字幕，然后查一下這個(gè)詞的`意思�；�15s記住這個(gè)詞，然后再看碟片，特別留意新詞匯。這種方式，會(huì)讓生詞記憶的特別牢。對于感興趣的咨訊，不妨多訪問一些英文的站點(diǎn)。體育，娛樂，新聞，或者隨便什么其他的，隨意瀏覽即可。對于出現(xiàn)率高的生詞，就查一下，然后記下來。
最后，要利用可能的機(jī)會(huì)記生詞。注意廣告、雜志、游戲和新聞中出現(xiàn)的每一個(gè)讓自己感興趣的詞。比如，在乘地鐵的時(shí)候，可以注意一下吳大維主持的TalkDaTalk短片，會(huì)有機(jī)會(huì)學(xué)到"Yellowcab"這樣地道的表達(dá)。這是英語口語的內(nèi)功，需要日積月累。

My new plan of English
The new semester has begun. In this semester, I plan to have a plenary English time, so I made the following plan which is considered perfect.
I will preview the new lessons for 30 minutes to 1 hour on the day before the English class. In class, I'll try my best to understand every point. If necessary, I'll take notes and ask at least one question every class. And I want to be active in speaking. According to the requirement of the teacher, I am going to take written exercises. It's time to read texts aloud from seven twenty-five to a quarter to eight a.m everyday except Sunday. My oral English practice will be done for 30 minutes twice a week. To enlarge my vocabulary, I should learn 60 words everyday except Sunday. As we all know, reviewing the learnt courses is very important. So 1 hour's reviewing on Sunday is essential.
How's my perfect plan? I will insist on carrying it out and make an effort on my English learning .I believe it will work. Come on!
