Nowadays, can we find a person who has not experienced online shopping? Definitely not. Online shopping is coming into fashion in most of cities due to the rapid development of internet technology.
Online shopping is welcomed by most people due to various reasons. From the perspective of consumer, it can save some time for people who don’t have much spare time. Just click the mouse, they can get whatever they want while staying at home. For the retailers, it can cut some costs for those who don’t have much circulating funds. They don’t have to rent a house and spend money on employees compared with the traditional trade mode. However, there are still some defects in online shopping. First, face to face deal makes online shopping less reliable and trustworthy. Second, people will lose the fun of bargain.
It is undeniable that shopping on the internet has become an irresistible trend in modern society. It’s of great urgency that we need to regulate the relative laws in accordance with the rapid growth of online shopping. Only in this way can we enjoy the pleasure and convenience of online shopping without the concern of being treated.

do you condemn yourself for things which you did--or failed to do--in the past? everyone does this at some point. however, if you want to lead a successful and productive life, it is imperative that you release the past and not blame yourself for events which have already transpired and which cannot be changed.
the successful person takes this approach: learn from past mistakes and make adjustments in future behavior. the strategy of berating yourself for past conduct solves nothing and only serves to lower your self-esteem. you create a vicious cycle where negative experiences and negative feelings are reinforced, which leads to more negative outcomes and more negative feelings.if you insist on dwelling in the past, i suggest that you focus on your past successes. visualizing and thinking about past successes is an excellent way to build confidence and self-esteem. what you think about is what you become. therefore, when you concentrate on your successes, you help to create future successes.when you find yourself starting to dwell on past negative experiences, immediately halt and remind yourself: "there is nothing i can do now which will change what happened. i learned a valuable lesson and will act in a more constructive manner next time." regardless of what you have done--or failed to do--the only sane approach is to accept it and move forward.
this is faith at faith radio online-simply to relax. the successful individual does not waste precious mental energy dwelling on past events which cannot be changed. instead, he or she uses past mistakes as learning experiences and springboards to future successes.
A “Chinaman” salesman
Most of the people would think that I had been studying in Singapore for years when I tell them I came back from abroad. And each time I have to correct them that I was not a student but a salesman. A student would rarely experience those many things as I did! Working as a part time bartender or something is totally different from being a full time salesman in an English-speaking country.
My company had got for me an Employment Pass before I went to Singapore. They signed a three-year contract with me, indicating that I would be working there as a product specialist (senior salesman). And the term of the contract was three years.
There were about 50 thousands people from mainland of China, and few of them worked as salesmen. Most of them were computer technicians, workers, office administrations, Mandarin teachers and representatives of governmental rep. offices of different provinces of P.R.China. God knows why I went all the way to a foreign country to be a salesman!
Some of the Singaporeans call the people from mainland of China “Chinaman”. It’s an insulting saying! And they would feel being insulted if you call them Chinese. It’s funny, cause they speak mandarin/English/Hopkins, and their races are Chinese. Yet they always deny they are Chinese. There are two 70 per cent in Singapore, they are, 70% of the Singaporeans are Chinese and 70% of the Chinese Singaporeans are Hopkins.
During my staying in Singapore, no one called me Chinaman. I was not surprised because I spoke English even better than most of them! My vocabulary was not as big as theirs, though! Sometimes I said to them: yes, I speak Chinglish sometimes, but you guys speak Singlish all the time! My colleagues were nice to me, not only because I could bring to them averagely S$10,000 of profits, but my personality. The Singaporeans would pay respect to those who have strong capabilities and nice personalities. Frankly, my smile kills! And you won’t know that my smile is one of my greatest advantages on selling. And I never pretend to smile, I just love to smile, not laugh, of course!
When I came back and trained my sales team members, I told them to keep smiling when talking and listening to their customers. I was jealous to some of my people, because their smiles were even better and sweeter than mine.
Oops, it’s been 3 years since I came back from Singapore. I really miss the place sometimes. The Singaporeans are nice, kind and always courtesy. They will Q up for everything, not like some of our Chinese. You will never need to worry about not being able to squeeze onto a bus in the morning, cause everybody stands there forming a line on the bus stops. This, is one of differences between China and Singapore.
Well, so much nonsense here today. Sorry guys!
CoD 2
Any FPS fans here? I am playing Call of Duty 2 a lot these days. It is such an awesome piece with realistic sound and visual effects. The somke part is breath-taking, it is like you are watching a WW2 blockbuster rather than playing a PC game. You have a range of mean weapons to grab and fight with, as MP 40, MG 42, Kar98k, Lee Enfield, Scoped Springfield...you name it. Just these names are enough to arouse me;)
MP 44 is my favorite gadget, and since you can only play the Allied side, I often discard Thompson or M1 Grand for it. They say MP 44 is actually the forebear of all modern assault rifles like Kalashnikov and M16, they can't be much wrong.
Another drawing factor is you are fighting with a squad, with soldiers throwing himself between you and the whizzing bullets, knocking off machine gunners so you can venture out your cover, and disabling armored vehicles when you think death is hovering around you. Instead of taking from the gaming experience, it is a more truthful design showing respect to the fact you seldom act alone in a major operation.
Lock and load, boys, give the enemey hell!
about perfume
it's was only 2 yrs ago after i finished my high school,a world full of exotic beautiful flora came into my pic. it's so incredibly amazing that i keep exploring exploring...trying 2 define every mood of mine matching with one particular perfume! but back 2 the reality, i know it's "mission impossiable", so i treasure those my favourits, at the same time, non-stop my exploring.
here is some of my favourit:
1. Dolce&Gabbana---"Pour Homme". i have to addmit that it was " the love at the first sight". yes, i was simply attached by its blue velvet wrapped box at the first sec i saw it. and then, i bought 4 my bf even without having a sample. but maybe coz i knew that once i tried it, i would never hand it 2 my bf as his birthday gift. anyway, it was his gift on his special day, but certainly became my gift 4 no reason on the next day.
2. Versace---"Dreamer". again, it's a men's perfume. but it's very sweet, sexy(not as much as "Pour Homme"), and last quite long time. personally i think it's both suitable 4 day & nite wear. coz it's sweet, a bit strong in the front, but then it turns into a more comfortable, yet, mysterious feeling.
3. Estee Lauder---"beyong Paradise". okay, this is a women's perfume. haha...i lv the name, very exotic, feels like taking a vacation. anyway, similar to "pleasure", it's very sunny feeling, i usually wear that on a sunny lazy weekend afternoon, either having bruch near the beach or walking Tintin(my dog).
other than those 3, i don't particular stick 2 any. i do addimit some are good, classical choices, but just not my type.
such as, lady type person might lv "Miracle" from Lancome, or Vera Wang 4 women(again, i prefer Vera Wang 4 men, haha)...if u lv chic style, u might will choose "channel No.5" or David Doffle or Ysl...
that's all my personal experiences and thoughts, i'd lv 2 hear urs! so what's ur faviourit? what u like, what u don't?
A Troubled Boy
I could hear him sobbing on the other end of the phone. Almost an hour passed, but I couldn’t make him feel better. His name is Zhou and is now studying in Beijing for IELTS held in May. Like thousands of young people his age, he went abroad through intermediate with the hope that this oversea study experience could change his future. But instead of going to grad school, he has to take prep programs to improve his English to meet the minimum language requirement. If he fails, he has to come back to China empty handed.
Misery loves company, He is also having some serious problems with his girlfriend who is in a similar situation. According to him, he and the girl lived together for more than a year and he loves her deeply. But because of some of his own problems the girl doesn’t want to be with him anymore. He told me that he didn’t study much in London and his English is so poor that he could only guess what other people talk about by piecing together some simple words he picks up. His girlfriend hates him for goofing around all the time and sees no future in him. “I am such a loser in everything” he said to me. “I don’t know what to do. She sometimes calls me from London, but it just like a courtesy call. She just wants to dump me.”
Honestly, I understand the hard time he is going through right now, but I don’t think I could help him much. There was a time when I tortured myself. But in the end, we broke up leaving me struggling with my career and study. I used to love her very much, and we went through some difficult time together. Like Zhou, I hated her for doing this to me when it happened. But as time went by, I found out this is good for us. She has her right to find her happiness, which she couldn’t find in me. When I let her go, she could begin a new life. The chance might be slim, but she could at least try again. So I told Zhou to face the truth and be tough like a man. I know he is still obsessed with that girl, but there is nothing much left for him to do except let her go. To tell the truth, I thought of my ex girl friend when I was listening to his story. And my heart still aches like an old wound.
A familiar stranger
----------Dedicated to all the mothers whose children couldn’t accompany to celebrate their festival
Each one has a familiar strange mother at the back.
In your childhood, she was so familiar to you. You knew she liked biting the bone and the head of fish. You knew she liked dragging your sleeves when you were crossing the road. You knew she liked reminding you greeting others when you met with any acquaintance. You knew she liked checking your bedroom all too often and urged you to clean and put all the necessities in order. What’s worse, she knew you incredibly more than you know her. She knew how often you should call the family and relatives when you studied in boarding school. She knew how much you really spent on the proper hobbies. It seems that she is the best detective in the world if she want to know a person, and first of all, that must be you---her own child.
When you are growing up, you find she become more and more strange. She prefers to soup rather than the bone and the head of fish since you passed the dental transitional period and began to pick the fish thorn with ease. She begins to pull back your sleeves when you are crossing the road. She tends to clean up your bedroom for your excuse of mountain-high homework or always-heavy-urgent jobs. She advises you not to make the long-distance call to the family frequently in case she could phone you initiatively. What’s worse, you don’t want to be a kind of person like her. You don’t want to bargain on the market only for a couple of Yuan and each coin she cut down seemingly like a big deal. You don’t want to be so talkative as the greeting and tell many acquaintances even the trifle about the daily life. You don’t want to discuss current issues for In a word, you feel she was outdated, or even worse; there is little communication between you and her though partly for her fear the interruption of your work and the high fee of the long-distance call.
Someday, you received her parcel with a note saying that since the summer was coming, a mosquito net maybe important to you at that time. It suddenly occurred to you that the last time in the phone you mentioned the troublesome mosquito in the night accidentally. Looking up the calendar, you remembered her birthday was also near. Naturally, you dialed the familiar number.
“Oh, my child, that day isn’t my true birthday for the date is only according to the lunar calendar of the year.” her voice was exciting and regretful. It was the first time you remembered to celebrate her birthday by phone even though you should have avoided such mistake long before.
Suddenly, you make up your mind to know this familiar stranger called mother. Though at times she may be not as intelligent and informative as you, she may be not as fashionable and open minded as you, she will be most loyal one who listens to your woes, your braggings, your frustrations and so on with nothing in return.let us put aside enough time to show our appreciation to her. Love this familiar stranger more than you love yourself for she treats you the most intimate one in the world.
With the improvement of living standards comes the problem of obesity, which has bothered people for many years. The number of obese people keeps rising as time goes. And the diseases accompanied with obesity have already stood out, such as diabetes, heart diseases and so on.
Fortunately, more and more people begin to realize the consequences of obesity and hence take various methods to combat it. Some people lose weight by controlling their normal diet or even staying hungry for most of the days. Some adopt operations to get rid of the redundant body fat. Others turn to intensive physical exercises for help.
As far as I am concerned, the best way to combat obesity is to form a healthy living habit and to preserve. That is to say, obese people should do exercises regularly on the premise that their basic diet is assured. Besides, they should not do a half-hearted job during the period of losing weight. In summary, only through a good habit and perseverance can obese people prevent themselves from continually getting fat.
