20xx—20xx年任教高一126、128班的英語課;20xx—20xx年任教高三17班、20班的英語課;20xx—20xx年任教高三16、19班的英語課;20xx—20xx年任教高一196、202班的英語課。僅在這八年的時(shí)間里,我送出了四屆畢業(yè)班,走過的路上灑滿了我的汗水、艱辛,經(jīng)歷了我奉獻(xiàn)于教育的步伐,F(xiàn)小結(jié)一下這八年來的心得體會(huì)。
(一)溝通感情,勉勵(lì)關(guān)懷
學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體,要想使之發(fā)揮積極主動(dòng)性,需走進(jìn)他們的內(nèi)心,激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)的熱情。針對(duì)學(xué)生不同的'情況,我鼓勵(lì)他們發(fā)奮圖強(qiáng),力爭(zhēng)三年后跨入自己理想的大學(xué)。高三補(bǔ)習(xí)班的學(xué)生,有的喪失了自信心,深感前途迷茫,有的則破罐破摔。通過我不斷接觸和仔細(xì)觀察,綜合各方面的信息,給予他們指導(dǎo),力所能及地打動(dòng)他們學(xué)習(xí)的欲望。“親其師,信其道”,學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)科、對(duì)老師的好惡等非智力因素對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)有著很大的影響。漸漸地,很多學(xué)生開始喜歡我授課,無數(shù)次的心靈交流,使我們的情誼日漸深厚。
(二)因材施教,務(wù)實(shí)“雙基”
從第一次的測(cè)試中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分同學(xué)聽、說、讀、寫的基本功很不扎實(shí),需加強(qiáng)“雙基”訓(xùn)練。同學(xué)們?yōu)g覽新教材后,也感到他們即將面臨一個(gè)新的“學(xué)習(xí)高源”。
備課中,我參考教參及一些“雙基”教輔材料,結(jié)合所教學(xué)生實(shí)際,采用一些獨(dú)特的做法。
1、變考前集中復(fù)習(xí)為課上天天復(fù)習(xí)
高中英語知識(shí)總量較之初中英語成倍增加,課時(shí)卻相對(duì)較緊。我所教的學(xué)生中,中差生居多。如把復(fù)習(xí)集中在期中或期末考前進(jìn)行,勢(shì)必?cái)D占平時(shí)教學(xué)課時(shí),影響課文的透徹講解。因此,我對(duì)教材中的每一個(gè)重要語言點(diǎn)都盡可能做到:以新帶舊,深入淺出。課堂習(xí)題濃縮精選,先放低要求,待務(wù)實(shí)鞏固后,再循序漸進(jìn),逐步拔高。這樣就變課前集中復(fù)習(xí)為課上天天復(fù)習(xí)。
2、強(qiáng)化詞匯、句型、語篇教學(xué)
在詞匯教學(xué)方面,堅(jiān)持分單元集中講授,適度擴(kuò)展,并要求學(xué)生熟練掌握構(gòu)詞規(guī)律。在課文教學(xué)方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)句型和語篇的有機(jī)聯(lián)系,要求學(xué)生以句子為單位,有選擇地背一些重要句型,這樣既可減輕學(xué)生過重的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān),又可達(dá)到提高書面表達(dá)能力的效果。上閱讀理解課時(shí),經(jīng)常圍繞中心大意,常用句型和篇章結(jié)構(gòu)等幾個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)展開。精讀、泛讀相結(jié)合,對(duì)不同的閱讀課文采用點(diǎn)撥、啟發(fā)、提問、講解、展開和深繹等教法。
上語法分析課時(shí),我從不摳語法,而是把重點(diǎn)放在英語詞匯的習(xí)慣用法、短語固定搭配、慣用句型和中英文表達(dá)方式的差異上,讓學(xué)生充分掌握借助語法,提高實(shí)際運(yùn)用英語的本領(lǐng)。
上書面表達(dá)課時(shí),著重講明常見體裁的寫作要求和技巧。要求學(xué)生注意格式、詞語的固定搭配、人稱、數(shù)、時(shí)態(tài)及英語習(xí)慣用法,學(xué)會(huì)用適當(dāng)?shù)木湫秃蛯W(xué)過的基本詞匯來表達(dá)復(fù)雜的意思。
3、巧抓閱讀,促進(jìn)寫作
到了高中階段,在進(jìn)一步提高聽說能力的同時(shí),要側(cè)重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀理解能力。閱讀既是一種能力,又是語言學(xué)習(xí)的一種重要方法。廣泛閱讀可以幫助學(xué)生理解和吸收書面信息,鞏固記憶,有助于擴(kuò)大詞匯量,豐富語言知識(shí)。從某種意義上說,閱讀能力的強(qiáng)弱直接關(guān)系到學(xué)生高考筆試成績的高低。上好閱讀課,對(duì)學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語常用句型、寫好英語短文大有裨益。因此,我常鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生盡量根據(jù)上下文猜測(cè)詞義,使之逐漸提高閱讀速度,獲得獨(dú)立閱讀的能力,更好地配合課堂教學(xué),鞏固教學(xué)成果。
(三)指點(diǎn)學(xué)法,重點(diǎn)突破
針對(duì)弱項(xiàng),對(duì)癥下藥
每次大小測(cè)驗(yàn)之后,我總要將學(xué)生們的成績進(jìn)行分析,找出他們的弱項(xiàng),以便在今后的教學(xué)中作為重點(diǎn)加以突破,為全面提高學(xué)生的應(yīng)試能力奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。通過平時(shí)的教學(xué)觀察,我發(fā)現(xiàn)他們丟分多是因?yàn)檎Z感不強(qiáng),詞匯量普遍較少,閱讀理解能力不強(qiáng)。
短文改錯(cuò)主要是不注意語言現(xiàn)象。想要提高改能力,有賴于平時(shí)足量的練習(xí)和實(shí)踐。短文改錯(cuò)設(shè)計(jì)靈活,壓分度高,綜合性強(qiáng),學(xué)生往往辨認(rèn)不出行文邏輯的錯(cuò)誤。解題時(shí)遵循三部曲:首先通讀全文,初選錯(cuò)誤;然后二次閱讀,攻克難關(guān);最后重讀全文,仔細(xì)核對(duì)。
回首這四屆學(xué)生的高考,我所任教班級(jí)的學(xué)生英語成績都名列前茅,但這已成為歷史,這不是終點(diǎn),而是一個(gè)全新的起點(diǎn)。漫漫教學(xué)路,執(zhí)著、熱愛自己的教學(xué)是真實(shí)的寫照。未來我會(huì)不斷創(chuàng)新,不斷充實(shí)和完善自己的教育教學(xué)能力,不斷取得良好的教育教學(xué)效果。教育教學(xué)工作是一種雖然辛苦但也充滿快樂和享受的職業(yè),筆者會(huì)繼續(xù)努力,做一名受社會(huì)肯定、讓學(xué)生尊敬和喜愛的優(yōu)秀教師。

上午好!
今天有幸在這里和大家共同交流教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),我感到萬分的榮幸,感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)我工作的肯定和鼓勵(lì),也感謝各位老師對(duì)我的支持和理解,還有英語備課組組長彭雪萍老師對(duì)我的指教和幫助,使我能夠不斷的進(jìn)步和成熟。不過我真的感到很慚愧,我知道自己還做的不夠完美,教學(xué)效果離我自己預(yù)想的目標(biāo)還有一定的差距。以下是我在教學(xué)中的一些做法和感悟,不能稱之為經(jīng)驗(yàn),算作是與老師們的探討和交流吧。
第一、充分利用好英語早自習(xí)
在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,我深深地感覺到利用好英語早自習(xí)對(duì)學(xué)生起到事半功倍的作用。我還記得高一時(shí)汪澤海老師曾肯定的告訴我“書讀百遍,其義自現(xiàn)。作為語言類學(xué)科,英語和語文都要讓學(xué)生自主的讀”,F(xiàn)在想來確實(shí)如此,語感的形成,英語的運(yùn)用都離不開朗讀。不僅要讀,而且聲音要大,李陽瘋狂英語中說,大聲朗讀能刺激大腦神經(jīng)和口腔肌肉,只有大聲的`讀才能讓眼,耳,心,嘴都利用起來,以達(dá)到全身心的投入,精力才能集中起來。
有時(shí)為了增進(jìn)對(duì)課文或知識(shí)點(diǎn)的理解,學(xué)生讀的同時(shí),我也讀。因?yàn)閷W(xué)生比我更年輕,聲音理當(dāng)比我的宏亮,所以當(dāng)我發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)別學(xué)生只見其口形不聞其聲時(shí),我便開玩笑說他“裝斯文,有勁不使”。久而久之,學(xué)生養(yǎng)成了大聲早讀的習(xí)慣,當(dāng)讀書聲變小時(shí),只要我拿書開始讀,他們便條件反射般聲音大起來了。
第二、強(qiáng)化詞匯、句型、語篇教學(xué)
記住英語單詞是學(xué)好英語的前提條件,在詞匯教學(xué)方面,我喜歡把重點(diǎn)放在英語詞匯的習(xí)慣用法、短語固定搭配、慣用句型上,并要求學(xué)生熟練掌握構(gòu)詞規(guī)律。我主張學(xué)生把單詞放在句子中去記憶,這樣不僅對(duì)單詞的印象更深刻,而且知道怎么靈活運(yùn)用新單詞。在課文教學(xué)方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)句型和語篇的有機(jī)聯(lián)系,要求學(xué)生以句子為單位,有選擇地背一些重要句型,這樣既可減輕學(xué)生過重的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān),又可達(dá)到提高書面表達(dá)能力的效果。
第三、巧抓閱讀,促進(jìn)寫作
閱讀既是一種能力,又是語言學(xué)習(xí)的一種重要方法。從某種意義上說,閱讀能力的強(qiáng)弱直接關(guān)系到學(xué)生高考筆試成績的高低。我堅(jiān)持指導(dǎo)課余或課堂上給予部分時(shí)間每天做1至2篇閱讀題。上課之前或下課前10分鐘我會(huì)有意識(shí)的帶著學(xué)生一起閱讀《英語輔導(dǎo)報(bào)》的彩頁閱讀版本,這不僅使學(xué)生也使我自己更加了解英美國家的文化背景,開闊視野的同時(shí)豐富了語言知識(shí),擴(kuò)大了詞匯量。上好閱讀課,對(duì)學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語常用句型、寫好英語短文大有裨益。因此,我常鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生盡量根據(jù)上下文猜測(cè)詞義,使之逐漸提高閱讀速度,獲得獨(dú)立閱讀的能力,更好地配合課堂教學(xué),鞏固教學(xué)成果。完形填空、閱讀理解、簡(jiǎn)答題和閱讀填空每周堅(jiān)持交替練習(xí)。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生每天勤查字典,養(yǎng)成充分利用工具書的好習(xí)慣。重視學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、良好答題習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成的培養(yǎng)。
第四、真誠待人,因材施教
我國著名教育家陶行如先生說過:“教育是心心相映的活動(dòng),唯獨(dú)從心里發(fā)出來的,才能打到心的深處!币恢币詠砦叶加靡活w真誠的心對(duì)待學(xué)生,在課堂上我會(huì)直言不諱,一針見血的大叫某個(gè)有小動(dòng)作的學(xué)生的名字,一開始的時(shí)候弄得女生面紅耳赤,男生顏面喪盡。但是他們都知道了我的性格,我就是一“心是口是”的直人,唯一讓他們心服口服的可能就是我能一如既往的一視同仁,在我的眼中無所謂成績好與差的學(xué)生,只要是坐在教室內(nèi)的學(xué)生我都會(huì)盡力去幫助他,鼓勵(lì)他。以前我總希望每個(gè)學(xué)生都能掌握我教的東西,但現(xiàn)在知道那只能讓成績差的學(xué)生學(xué)的痛苦,讓我教的更痛苦,所以我現(xiàn)在能用平和的心態(tài)因材施教。

we've gone from losing 9 million jobs during the financial crisis to creating 10 million jobs. we've reduced the unemployment rate from 10% in october of to 6.1% today. and for the first time since the 1990s, american manufacturing is steadily5 adding jobs-over 700,000 since . and surveys of both american and foreign business leaders confirm that america once again is viewed as the best place in the world to build and invest. that's all good news. but an awful lot of middle class americans are still not feeling the effects of this recovery. since the year , gross domestic product-our gdp - has risen by 25%. and productivity in america is up by 30%. but middle class wages during that same time period have gone up by only fourteen cents. folks, it's long past time to cut the middle class back into the deal, so they can benefit from the economic growth they helped create. folks, there used to be a bargain in this country supported by democrats6 and republicans, business and labor7. the bargain was simple. if an employee contributed to the growth and profitability of the company, they got to share in the profits and the benefits as well. that's what built the middle class. it's time to restore the bargain, to deal the middle class back in. because, folks, when the middle class does well, everybody does well-the wealthy get wealthier and the poor have a way up. you know, the middle class is not a number. it's a value set. it means being able to own your home; raise your children in a safe neighborhood; send them to a good school where if they do well they can qualify to go to college and if they get accepted you'd be able to find a way to be able to send them to college. and in the meantime, if your parents need help, being able to take care of them, and hope to put aside enough money so that your children will not have to take care of you. that's the american dream. that's what this country was built on. and that's what we'redetermined8 to restore. in order to do that, it's time to have a fair tax structure, one that values paychecks as much as unearned income and inherited wealth, to take some of the burden off of the middle class. it's time to close tax loopholes so we can reduce the deficit9, and invest in rebuilding america - our bridges, our ports, our highways, rails, providing good jobs. with corporate10 profits at near record highs, we should encourage corporations to invest more in research and development and the salaries of their employees. it's time for us to invest in educational opportunity to guarantee that we have the most highly skilledworkforce11 in the world, for 6 out of every 10 jobs in the near term is going to require some education beyond high school. folks, it's long past due to increase the minimum wage that will lift millions of hardworking families out of poverty target poverty and in the process produce a ripple12 effect that boosts wages for the middle class and spurs economic growth for the united states of america. economists13 acknowledge that if we do these and other things, wages will go up and we'll increase the gross domestic product of the united states.
