　　大家好！我競聘的崗位是初中英語教師崗位，競聘這一崗位的理由如下：

　　一、思想政治方面

　　本人熱愛祖國、熱愛人民、擁護(hù)中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，忠誠黨的教育事業(yè)。

　　二、職業(yè)道德方面

　　嚴(yán)格履行中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范，為人師表，嚴(yán)格遵守崗位制度，嚴(yán)格恪守人民教師的職業(yè)道德，積極參加公益事業(yè)。

　　三、業(yè)務(wù)方面

　　從教多年來，從未間斷過繼續(xù)教育學(xué)習(xí)，取得了英語本科學(xué)歷，計算機(jī)甲級乙等，縣、市級骨干教師培訓(xùn)證，英特爾教師培訓(xùn)證等。

　　四、教育教學(xué)工作能力

　　1、勝任英語教學(xué)工作，在聯(lián)考中我所任教班級的英語成績名列前茅；曾在全縣初三英語教師會上做了經(jīng)驗交流；先后三次參加通化縣區(qū)域教研教改公開課，受到同行們的好評，并被XXX教師進(jìn)修學(xué)校授予“課改優(yōu)質(zhì)課”的光榮稱號。

　　2、勝任班主任工作，特別是轉(zhuǎn)變臟亂差班級的管理方面，取得了極大的成績，被評為市級優(yōu)秀教師。

　　3、勝任教研組長工作，能夠協(xié)調(diào)好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師之間的關(guān)系，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，做好教研組長工作。歷年來我們組都是第一個開展教研課，各頂活動都走在最前面，得到上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的肯定，多次被評為優(yōu)秀教師。

　　4、跟據(jù)自已的教學(xué)實踐，本人撰寫了《“爭鳴法”在農(nóng)村中學(xué)復(fù)習(xí)測試中的運(yùn)用》、《英語教學(xué)中的“畫龍點睛”》、《采用任務(wù)型教學(xué)讓學(xué)生感受成功》等等。

　　5、盡管我是從教多年的英語教師，有著一定的工作經(jīng)驗和成績，但我絕不會滿足于已取得的微薄成績，我會竭盡全力把學(xué)生教好，將英語教學(xué)搞好。

A few people still look forward to the ideals. We make fun of them, considering they are naive. Will we still be content to live in such a society, if misfortune drops to us? No! Of cause not!

　　Facing them, will we still complain about our own misfortune?
