各位家長，大家下午好！
我是本學(xué)期擔(dān)任四（1）班英語教學(xué)的韋老師，很多家長也許是第一次見到我，大家彼此間可能比較陌生。首先，我想和各位家長談?wù)剝蓚�禮拜下來，我對這個班級，學(xué)生英語情況的印象。這個班級的學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣還是比較濃厚的，這兩個禮拜，從課堂中的反應(yīng)可以看出。每次我用多媒體課件上課，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)新知識的熱情是高漲的。這說明，四（1）班的孩子在英語學(xué)習(xí)上擁有一定的優(yōu)勢。但是，本班學(xué)生整體動作很慢，不容各位家長忽視，兩周多的學(xué)習(xí)下來，只有×××、×××等5位同學(xué)，基本上課堂上能很順暢地完成我布置的練習(xí)。其他同學(xué)都是定定心心，一筆一劃地書寫，在第一個禮拜，黑板上的詞組抄寫，我就發(fā)現(xiàn)，有很多同學(xué)在抄寫詞組的時候，喜歡看一個字母寫一個字母，這樣以來，10個英文詞組都要抄寫5分鐘左右。在某種程度上，動作慢，就是體現(xiàn)了某個知識點的不熟練性。
兩周多下來，我們已經(jīng)教了兩個單元，第一單元在默寫本默寫過一次，在英語紙上默寫了1次，總體成績一般。我?guī)Я?——6年級兩個大循環(huán)，比較熟悉這套英語教材，知道學(xué)生在各個年級段，該掌握到怎樣一個程度。四年級的英語學(xué)習(xí)，在整個小學(xué)階段處于一個絕對的主導(dǎo)作用，因為三到四年級的轉(zhuǎn)換中，對學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的`要求發(fā)生了質(zhì)的變化，也許，你的孩子在三年級的時候，英語也沒怎么多花功夫，也沒去參加什么業(yè)余輔導(dǎo)或者培訓(xùn)，英語成績基本在90以上，甚至是95分左右。那么，隨著時間的推移，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)，你的孩子依然像三年級那樣，回家后讀讀書、聽聽磁帶，偶爾看看做過的英語試卷，那么英語成績并不會像三年級那么相對優(yōu)異了。四年級，英語的背誦和默寫是相當(dāng)重要的，培養(yǎng)孩子一個背誦和默寫的習(xí)慣，就是在培養(yǎng)孩子對英語知識反饋的重要途徑。所以，這歸根結(jié)底，又會涉及到孩子的作業(yè)速度。速度快了，時間就擠出來了，就有時間多背背多默默，那么，他所學(xué)知識的較之前所擁有的，也就扎實了，這樣，質(zhì)量也就出來了。其實，這是最理想化的良性循環(huán)的學(xué)習(xí)方式。家長真的只是監(jiān)督而不是陪做，這適用于每門科目，不僅僅是英語的學(xué)習(xí)。下面，說說在我的英語教學(xué)中，一些常規(guī)性的工作。 1、在英語作業(yè)本方面，基本是1號、2號、自備本。一般
情況下，英語作業(yè)會記在當(dāng)天所要做的那本本子上，自備本一般是回家默寫本。
2、每個孩子準(zhǔn)備一本《英語筆記本》，記錄下每一個單元
相關(guān)的重要知識，有些是語法點，有些是注意點，有些是常錯誤點�？傊⒄Z筆記本的作用是相當(dāng)大的，因為是剛開學(xué)，英語筆記本上，記得也不多。接下來的時間，我會充分利用好這本英語筆記本，也請家長留下這樣一個概念：英語筆記本上的內(nèi)容是精華部分，是重要知識點，是您的孩子在考卷、練習(xí)中出錯的習(xí)題。每天回去讀、背筆記本上的內(nèi)容也是孩子每天的必修課。讀多少可以控制，但是要形成讀、背的習(xí)慣。
3、4A英語書上、每個單元的A、E部分逐個到老師這里
過關(guān)，我會在過關(guān)的部分做好記號，一目了然，家長可以隨時看您的孩子，哪一課過關(guān)了，哪一課還不是很熟練，需要再加強讀背的。
4、英語預(yù)習(xí)方面，聽讀課文磁帶非常重要，預(yù)習(xí)時，整個
單元的錄音，至少聽上三遍。A部分是短文；B部分是單詞；C、D部分是本單元句型練習(xí)。E部分是小對話。R部分是語音。G部分是內(nèi)容延伸。在預(yù)習(xí)英語時，A部分在預(yù)習(xí)時，可以翻譯成中文，B部分熟讀，C、D部分，按照提示的句型結(jié)構(gòu)，試著先寫寫。預(yù)習(xí)工作，做得越扎實，也就越能保障在課堂中學(xué)習(xí)的效率。
總之，提高本班同學(xué)的作業(yè)速度，是我們?nèi)恢髡n老師以及在座各位家長的當(dāng)務(wù)之急，應(yīng)該說是刻不容緩。讓你的孩子養(yǎng)成自覺學(xué)習(xí)的好習(xí)慣，成為學(xué)習(xí)的主人，老師作為學(xué)習(xí)的引領(lǐng)者，家長作為督促者，真正讓孩子相對地學(xué)的輕松，但是學(xué)得扎實、有效！

幾年前，我住在一個小鎮(zhèn)的一幢建筑物中。對面有另一幢建筑物，離我住的地方只有幾米遠(yuǎn)。那里住著一個我以前從未見過的女人。每天下午我都能見到她坐在窗戶邊，喝茶或者看書。
幾個月后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)她的窗戶太臟了，通過她家窗戶看到的一切都很模糊。我不知道那個女人為什么不把窗戶洗洗。
一個陽光燦爛的上午，我決定徹底清理一下我的公寓，包括清洗窗戶。我一直忙到下午很遲才完成，然后，我坐在窗邊小憩。多么令人驚訝啊！那個坐在窗戶邊的女人一下子變得清晰了！她的窗戶是干凈的.！突然，我意識到我犯了一個錯誤。原來我一直在通過自家的臟窗戶看她！
