　　We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging words and words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying to reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.

　　One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and grow as people. Another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. If we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. 　　right now, i am looking forward to a festival called shodün which comes in june for eating yoghurt. at this time, all my family and i gather for a picnic together at the norbulinka, a famous garden. in the garden, we sing tibetan songs, dance “guo zhuang” on the grass; eat zanba, drink butter tea and barley beer on the beautiful carpet as well. we enjoy our life. i think that this festival exhibits the open-minded and optimistic character of the tibetan people.

　　拉薩是一個傳統(tǒng)和時尚的結(jié)合體。

　　首先，拉薩有悠久的`歷史，燦爛的文化。拉薩是西藏的政治、文化、經(jīng)濟中心，并且有許多聞名遐邇的名勝古跡，布達拉宮雄偉壯觀，金碧輝煌，是一個值得一看的地方，我認為它是西藏人民獨特藝術(shù)成就，而且拉薩市的建筑、雕刻和繪畫是西藏人民勤勞、勇敢和智慧的結(jié)晶。

　　其次，自改革開放以來，拉薩發(fā)生了很大變化，許多新事物層出不窮，改變了拉薩的面貌，古老與現(xiàn)代并存。

　　多種風格的建筑拔地而起，現(xiàn)代化的學校被建起，寬暢的公路被修建，通向拉薩的青藏鐵路正在施工，現(xiàn)代高科技在拉薩延伸，整個城市呈現(xiàn)一派繁榮景象，拉薩人民呈現(xiàn)新的面貌，每逢節(jié)日，他們穿著節(jié)日盛裝，自在地走在大街上。

　　現(xiàn)在我正期待著雪頓節(jié)的到來，這個節(jié)日在六月初，是一個吃酸奶的節(jié)日，當這個節(jié)日到來的時候，我和我的家人、朋友聚在一起在有名的公園-“羅布林卡”里面野餐。我們在草地上一起唱藏歌，跳鍋莊舞;踏著美麗的藏式地毯吃糌粑、喝酥油茶和青稞酒，享受我們幸福的生活，我認為這個節(jié)日展示了西藏人民開朗、樂觀的性格。

　　最后，我想說“我愛我的家鄉(xiāng)，我更愛我家鄉(xiāng)的人民。”

　　We've all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We can't say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely.

　　When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic. A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.

　　我們都被教導說，我們應(yīng)該要幫助別人。這是應(yīng)該做的事，而且這樣做會使我們受人歡迎。它甚至會為我們贏得一些回報。但是，我們必須要實際一點。我們不能答應(yīng)每一個要求。如果我們這么做，我們就一定會失敗或發(fā)瘋。有時候我們確實沒有時間去幫忙。既然如此，我們就必須知道如何有禮貌地說不。

　　當我們需要說不的`時候，有個辦法我們可以試試。首先，我們應(yīng)該要說實話。假如我們真的辦不到某件事，我們就應(yīng)該說不。第二，我們應(yīng)該記得要客氣地拒絕對方的要求。我們必須清楚地表達，但態(tài)度也必須真誠并且表示同情。一個真正的朋友會諒解的。最后，我們不必為了說不而覺得有罪惡感。有時候拒絕別人才是我們應(yīng)該做的事。它可以替我們自己和別人，都省下許多麻煩�？偠�言之，我們無法一直取悅每個人。拒絕請求是人生的一部分。
