　　It is clear that we have only one earth, but now the environment is becoming worse and worse.You will see the black smoke is rising when you up your head, and the polluted water and ma of rubbish will flooded into your eyes while you lower.Forests have been cut down without restraint, so the green is becoming le and le.The river and the ocean is being polluted severely, so many fishes and other species are endangered.We people breath the smelly air into our lungs, drink the dirty water into our stomach, eat the polluted food into our body, so more and more people feel sick today somehow or other, I feel really sorrow for those.

　　As the saying goes, nature is given to us, and we can earn it by contributing.But in fact, we do not, we only ask for nature greedily, we do lots of damages to her, exceive exploitation of resource, great waste, severe pollution and so on.The earth can’t bear us anymore.Sooner or later, people should pay for what they did.Although there are some natural disasters in recent years, I think it’s only the natural warning to us, if we do not hold up immediately; we would suffer much more pains.Though I don’t agree with the idea that the end of the world will come in this month, I think that day will come some day later, maybe ten years later, twenty years later or one hundred years later or more.So, please be kind to our earth, maybe we can delay that day.

　　As we school students, we can do lots of things to protect the environment.Turn off the light electrical equipments while you don’t use them, recycle paper、plastic and bottles, stop throwing rubbish everywhere, stop walking on gra, start helping plant more trees and gra and so on.Be kind to the river and be good to the trees, smile at the sunshine and bow to the breeze, be friendly to nature and the nature will be nice to us.

　　第一，我想解決在座家長的一個(gè)困惑。

　　我相信，大多數(shù)家長都已看到過前段時(shí)間出臺的英語考試改革政策，而昨天也正式出臺政策就是20xx年英語將正式退出新高考。那在這，各位就不禁要問，英語還有用嗎？還有必要學(xué)嗎？而我的回答是肯定的，當(dāng)然不是因?yàn)槲沂怯⒄Z老師，我才這樣說。首先，大家可以看到現(xiàn)在是個(gè)國際化的社會(huì)，在當(dāng)今社會(huì)，與外界的交流，最廣泛運(yùn)用的官方語言依然是英語，在各種國際大會(huì)時(shí)用的最多的還是英語。像我們的，在5日出訪埃塞俄比亞時(shí)，與當(dāng)?shù)鼐褪侵苯佑糜⒄Z交談的。而我也相信，各位家長還是希望自己的孩子以后能走出去，看看更廣闊的世界，而這時(shí)，懂得一門通用的語言是顯得尤其重要的。不說以后孩子為了更好的分?jǐn)?shù)，為了更好的學(xué)校而學(xué)英語，就為自己個(gè)人的發(fā)展，學(xué)習(xí)英語也就相當(dāng)于學(xué)習(xí)了一門技能。其次，現(xiàn)在大學(xué)里很多專業(yè)都還是要求英語基礎(chǔ)的，甚至有些科目直接是英文版的。孩子的專業(yè)影響以后孩子的就業(yè)，如果你的孩子選擇的專業(yè)就是這樣的一門需要英語的專業(yè)，現(xiàn)在這個(gè)時(shí)候，你還會(huì)對他說，英語不用考了，學(xué)了沒用的話嗎？再次，我講一件真事。這個(gè)五一假，我一個(gè)在銀行工作的姨媽來三亞玩，期間，她談起前段時(shí)間錯(cuò)失了個(gè)很好的機(jī)會(huì)。原來香港的東亞銀行的長沙分行里，有個(gè)職位她極有可能進(jìn)去，但唯一令人遺憾的是她不懂英語。言語之間，不無失落。

　　在這呢，我也就是想告訴各位家長，在這樣的'困惑面前，作為家長的我們應(yīng)該對英語持一個(gè)什么樣的態(tài)度，因?yàn)槟愕目捶〞?huì)在很大程度上影響孩子的觀點(diǎn)。如果你都不重視，孩子就更不會(huì)重視了。不管怎樣，學(xué)習(xí)知識不會(huì)有錯(cuò)，也許這個(gè)知識還會(huì)成為影響你孩子以后事業(yè)的一項(xiàng)技能。

　　第二，我想給大家念個(gè)故事，也許有些家長曾經(jīng)看到過這個(gè)故事，但請?jiān)试S我在這用幾分鐘再念念這個(gè)故事。

　　有位母親第一次被兒子所在的幼兒園請去開家長會(huì)，幼兒園的老師對母親說 ：“你的兒子有多動(dòng)癥，在板凳上連三分鐘都坐不了，你最好帶他去醫(yī)院看一看。

　　回家的路上，兒子問母親老師都說了些什么？母親鼻子一酸，差點(diǎn)流下淚來。因?yàn)槿��?0位小朋友，惟有自己的兒子表現(xiàn)最差；惟有對自己的兒子老師表現(xiàn)出不屑。然而，她還是這樣告訴了自己的兒子：“老師表揚(yáng)你了，說寶寶原來在板凳上坐不了一分鐘，現(xiàn)在能坐三分鐘了。其他的媽媽都非常羨慕媽媽了，因?yàn)橹挥袑殞氝M(jìn)步了�！�

　　那天晚上，兒子破天荒地吃了兩碗米飯，并且沒有讓大人喂。

　　兒子上小學(xué)了。母親再次去參加學(xué)校召開的家長會(huì)。老師對母親說“全班50名同學(xué)，這次數(shù)學(xué)考試，你兒子排名49名，我們懷疑你兒子智力是不是有些障礙，你最好帶他去醫(yī)院查一查�！�

　　回去的路上，母親流下了淚水。然而，當(dāng)她回到家里，十分親切的對坐在桌前的兒子說：“老師對你充滿信心。老師說了，你并不是個(gè)笨孩子，只要能細(xì)心些，你一定會(huì)超過你的同桌，這次你的同桌排在第21名�！�

　　說這話時(shí)，她發(fā)現(xiàn)兒子暗淡的眼神一下子充滿了光，沮喪的臉也一下子舒展開來。她甚至發(fā)現(xiàn)，兒子溫順得讓她吃驚，好象長大了許多。第二天一早上學(xué)時(shí)，兒子走得比平時(shí)都要早。

　　孩子上了初中，學(xué)校又一次召開家長會(huì)。她坐在兒子的座位上，等著老師點(diǎn)她兒子的名字，因?yàn)槊看渭议L會(huì)，她兒子的名字總是在差生的行列中被點(diǎn)到。然而，這次卻出乎她的預(yù)料，直到會(huì)議結(jié)束，都沒聽到。母親反倒有些不習(xí)慣。臨散會(huì)，母親去問老師，老師告訴她：“按你兒子現(xiàn)在的成績，考重點(diǎn)中學(xué)還不太把握。”

　　母親懷著欣喜的心情走出校門，此時(shí)她發(fā)現(xiàn)兒子在等她，路上她扶著兒子的肩膀，心理有一種說不出的甜蜜。她告訴兒子：“班主任對你非常滿意，老師說了，只要你努力，很有希望考上重點(diǎn)高中�！�

　　兒子高中畢業(yè)的那年。那是第一批大學(xué)錄取通知書下達(dá)的日子，學(xué)校打來電話讓兒子到學(xué)校去一趟，母親此時(shí)有一種預(yù)感，兒子有可能被清華大學(xué)錄取了，因?yàn)樵趫?bào)考時(shí)，她給兒子說過，她相信自己的兒子有能力考取這所學(xué)校。

　　兒子從學(xué)校回來了，把一封印有清華大學(xué)招生辦公室的特快專遞交到她的手里之后，突然轉(zhuǎn)身跑到自己的房間里大哭起來。邊哭邊說：“媽媽，我一直都知道，其實(shí)我并不是一個(gè)非常聰明的孩子，是您這些年來始終的鼓勵(lì)”

　　這時(shí)，母親悲喜交加，再也按捺不住十幾年來凝聚在心中的淚水，任它打濕在手中的信封上。

　　通過這個(gè)故事，我想各位家長也能明白我的意思，就是對孩子要進(jìn)行賞識教育，不要用全世界孩子的優(yōu)點(diǎn)去比孩子身上的缺點(diǎn)，多鼓勵(lì)鼓勵(lì)孩子，并且真正花心思在孩子身上。有很多家長會(huì)說，一直都忙，沒時(shí)間管。這我們能理解，但孩子是你的，不是學(xué)校的，作為老師我們一定會(huì)盡職盡責(zé)地教育孩子，而家長也是孩子的第一教師。有調(diào)查證明，作為父母的我們只要每天有15分鐘的時(shí)間是完完全全陪著孩子的，這個(gè)孩子的成長也會(huì)不一樣的。這個(gè)陪是指父母在這15分鐘時(shí)間里不做任何與孩子的無關(guān)的事，比如坐在孩子身邊玩手機(jī)，看電腦等，這也是不行的。同時(shí)，在陪伴孩子時(shí)，多夸夸孩子，但也不要為了夸孩子而夸孩子，太容易得到的東西往往不會(huì)讓人懂得珍惜。

　　第三，我建議各位家長，多多培養(yǎng)孩子的閱讀習(xí)慣。前段時(shí)間，我們接受了一個(gè)來自北京的教育專家的培訓(xùn)，他說他沒有手機(jī)，也不讓孩子接觸任何什么Ipad、Iphone等電子產(chǎn)品。不過，在這樣一個(gè)信息化的時(shí)代，不讓孩子接觸這些，確實(shí)有些難做到，但是我們可以在另一方面多多培養(yǎng)孩子的其他習(xí)慣。讀書能修身養(yǎng)性，我們可以陪著孩子一起讀。閱讀，對一個(gè)人的影響不是一時(shí)的，而是一生的。在這呢，英語就有個(gè)閱讀要求，而這個(gè)讀，是讀出聲的。就是每周的必須要完成的作業(yè)，家長也許都知道，每周學(xué)生回去要到家長那將所學(xué)過的課文從頭至尾讀一遍給家長聽。在這呢，我希望家長不要忽視這十幾分鐘，即使你聽不懂也希望你能耐心聽孩子讀完。這不僅是對所學(xué)知識的鞏固，也是鍛煉孩子的口頭表達(dá)能力。畢竟英語是門語言，要說出來才行。

　　我們不僅擁有花季之美，花季之浩活力，還具有屬于花季的那種理想和抱負(fù)。我們感嘆“風(fēng)蕭蕭兮易水寒，壯士一去兮不復(fù)還”的英雄氣概；我們感嘆“大漠孤煙直，長河落日圓”的壯麗景象；同樣，我們也懂得“書山有路勤為徑，學(xué)海無涯苦作舟”的道理。我們向往著自己有一天去尋找絲綢之路留下的串串駝鈴聲；去領(lǐng)略莫高窟的雄魂、壯魄。漸漸成熟的我們渴望掙脫父母的臂膀，渴望自己能摘取那科學(xué)之巔上的累累碩果

　　然而，花季的我們總會(huì)遇到挫折，黃昏的小雨澆冷了火熱的希望；惱人的季風(fēng)吹皺了理想的湖面。決心是力量；信心是成功；灰心是衰弱；死心就是失敗。是的，失敗都沒有鮮花、沒有掌聲，更沒有榮譽(yù)和輝煌。但失敗并不意味著我們一事無成，也許只是方法不對；失敗并不意味著我們不夠幸運(yùn)，也許只是沒有把握住機(jī)遇；失敗并不意味著命運(yùn)不公，也許它會(huì)有更好的給予。請相信自己是大漠中的行者，在不斷的跌倒、不斷的前行中尋覓心中最美的綠洲。

　　我們可以不偉大，但我們莊嚴(yán)；我們可以不美麗，但我們健康；我們可以不完滿，但我們努力；我們可以不成熟，但我們自信！象牙塔神圣美麗，令人向往，但它的門為勤奮者敞開；大學(xué)生風(fēng)姿秀逸，是我們的追求，但又有哪一位不是從高中生之路上走過。

　　就讓牽強(qiáng)隨風(fēng)流浪，把淚水流進(jìn)詩與愛，再溶入堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，用力揮揮手，對傷感的列車說聲“再見”，昂起倔強(qiáng)的頭，傲立于天地之間，笑看朝陽升起，靜對明月圓缺。愛在之間，讓我們結(jié)伴而行，去做生活中的強(qiáng)者。請記�。何覀兪腔�季少年，我們永不信�。�
