2)提出論題 由于演講的時(shí)間限制，必須開門見山，提出論題。提出論題的方法有各種各樣，但最生動(dòng)，最能引起注意的是用舉例法。比如：你要呼吁大家關(guān)心貧窮地區(qū)的孩子，你可以用親眼看到的或者收集到的那些貧窮孩子多么需要幫助的實(shí)例開始。另外，用具體的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)也是一個(gè)有效的引出論題的方法，比如：你要談遵守交通規(guī)則的話題，你可以從舉一系列有關(guān)車輛、車禍等的數(shù)據(jù)開始。

開場(chǎng)白技巧
1.開門見山，不講多余的話
有的`人演講，開頭常講一些沒有必要的客套話。葉圣陶對(duì)此曾評(píng)述說：“誰也明白，這些都是謙虛的話。可是，在說出來之前，演講者未免少了一點(diǎn)思考。你說不曾預(yù)備，沒有什么可以說的，那么為什么要上演說臺(tái)呢?隨后說出來的，無論是三言二語或長(zhǎng)篇大論，又算不算'可以說的’呢?你說隨便說說，沒有什么意思，那么剛才的一本正經(jīng)，是不是連場(chǎng)作歡呢?自己都相信不過的話，卻要說給人家聽，又算是一種什么態(tài)度呢?”其實(shí)，演講者說這種“多余的話”，并不一定是出自本心，不過是受了陳規(guī)舊套的影響，聽人家這么說，自己也這么說，結(jié)果，往往是使聽眾松弛了注意力。
