1、自我介紹不要太短，更不要太長(zhǎng)，重點(diǎn)要突出，要有中心思想。也就是在面試前，對(duì)應(yīng)聘的企業(yè)的文化、產(chǎn)品、崗位需要的技能做一定的了解，最好和面試考官見(jiàn)面時(shí)，根據(jù)自己的閱歷，對(duì)考官的傾向做一個(gè)判斷，然后組織好自己的語(yǔ)言，在介紹時(shí)，通過(guò)描述，塑造自己在別人心目中的印象，比如應(yīng)聘文員，你需要判斷那個(gè)崗位需要的是細(xì)心、有熱情、文字功底強(qiáng)等等，你就需要在自我介紹中主要介紹你這方面的能力和成績(jī)，不要想著一個(gè)介紹從自己小學(xué)開(kāi)始一直講到大學(xué)畢業(yè)。

4、準(zhǔn)備好了面試介紹，最好找你熟悉的人練習(xí)下，這樣多練習(xí)幾次，不僅會(huì)減少你的緊張，而且也會(huì)得到一些建議。比如我在mba面試的過(guò)程中，提前已經(jīng)知道需要在3分鐘內(nèi)介紹下自己，我提前做了草稿，但是寫(xiě)在紙上是很流利的，自己介紹時(shí)不通暢，所以我專門練習(xí)了10次，不斷修改，減少了一些次要的描述，保證在3分鐘內(nèi)能給人留下比較好的印象。

一、將簡(jiǎn)歷中的所有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)都改成與采購(gòu)有關(guān)的工作;
二、介紹原單位的產(chǎn)品零部件，因?yàn)槟闶熘�，至少你知�?
