What Can We Do for the Environment
Hello,everyone. Im Li Hua. Its nice to speak about what we can do for the environment,and I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem.
The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more, it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best reduce pollution and waste.
In fact,even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.
Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.
Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve(保存） our natural resources and recycle our products. We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.
今天我們的`自然環(huán)境質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)重要的問(wèn)題。世界人口增長(zhǎng)如此之快，世界已變得過(guò)于擁擠。我們正在利用我們的自然資源，同時(shí)污染的危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的環(huán)境。如果我們繼續(xù)這樣做，地球上的生命將無(wú)法生存。

保護(hù)環(huán)境，就是保護(hù)人類生存的`環(huán)境，使地球不受到污染。環(huán)保意識(shí)，從我做起，從點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴做起，從一張小紙屑開始做起。
同學(xué)們你們知道嗎?“環(huán)保”這兩個(gè)字寫起來(lái)十分容易，但是做起來(lái)卻十分的困難。如果我們不做到“環(huán)�！�，那么也許在五年后，也許在十年后，也許就在未來(lái)的某一天，我們的世界又將會(huì)變成什么樣子的呢?可能是天灰蒙蒙的，到處都可以看到垃圾，每隔三兩天就會(huì)來(lái)一次沙塵暴，就會(huì)來(lái)許許多多人們無(wú)發(fā)想象的事情……
我真的不敢再想象下去、再寫下去了，這真的太可怕了。但是如今又有多少的人是真真正正地在環(huán)保呢?你們看，每個(gè)垃圾桶旁都有數(shù)不勝數(shù)的垃圾。盡管這些垃圾離垃圾桶只有一步之遙，但是四周圍來(lái)來(lái)往往的人沒有一個(gè)人會(huì)將這些垃圾投入垃圾桶內(nèi)，大家對(duì)它都不約而同的做到視而不見;有多少棵樹在被砍伐，送往工廠，做成一次性筷子，給那些貪圖方便的人使用，做成火柴，做成紙巾……然后到市集上去賣。我想如果這些物品會(huì)說(shuō)話，他們一定會(huì)說(shuō)這么一句話:“醒醒吧!不要再破壞環(huán)境了，不要再破壞自己的家園了，你們以后一定會(huì)追悔莫及的。難道你們不想要家了嗎?不想要地球了嗎?如果你還想要這些東西的話，那就請(qǐng)你們開始保護(hù)我們，開始保護(hù)你們身邊的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴吧!”
現(xiàn)在大家也許有點(diǎn)后悔了吧!也許在想各種各樣的方法來(lái)挽救這個(gè)世界，來(lái)挽救我們的家園吧!其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，我們只需從身邊的小事做起。看到有廢紙掉在地上就彎腰將它撿起;看到小樹苗倒了，就幾個(gè)小伙伴合力，一起將它扶正，一起幫助它成長(zhǎng);保護(hù)野生動(dòng)物，不再貪圖它們那鮮美的肉，將它們殘忍地剝皮吃肉;開一次小小的演講會(huì)，呼吁人們保護(hù)環(huán)境，保護(hù)身邊的人和物。一點(diǎn)一滴，從小事做起，從身邊做起，為地球而努力。
