人格、性格、氣質(zhì) 我們都知道，知識的掌握比較簡單，它主要靠記憶來實(shí)現(xiàn)，是一種層次較低的智力活動，所以人們把長于記憶、懶于思考的人譏為兩腳書櫥；但是人格的養(yǎng)成卻相當(dāng)復(fù)雜，它不僅需要豐富的知識，還需要健康的體魄、良好的教養(yǎng)、廣泛的興趣、高尚的情操和真正的智慧。 那到底什么是人格呢？
人格是指一個人與社會環(huán)境相互作用表現(xiàn)出的一種獨(dú)特的行為模式、思想模式和情緒反應(yīng)的特征，也是一個人區(qū)別于他人的特征之一。
人格包括兩部分：性格與氣質(zhì)。性格是人穩(wěn)定個性的心理特征，表現(xiàn)在人對現(xiàn)實(shí)的態(tài)度和相應(yīng)的行為方式上。性格從本質(zhì)上表現(xiàn)了人的特征，而氣質(zhì)就好像是給人格打上了一種色彩、一個標(biāo)記，性格可分類為人類天生的共同人性與個體在后天環(huán)境與學(xué)習(xí)影響下所形成的獨(dú)特個性。氣質(zhì)是指人的心理活動和行為模式方面的特點(diǎn)，賦予性格光澤。同樣是熱愛勞動的人，可是氣質(zhì)不同的人表現(xiàn)就不同：有的人表現(xiàn)為動作迅速，但粗糙一些，這可能是膽汁質(zhì)的人；有的人很細(xì)致，但動作緩慢，可能是黏液質(zhì)的人。氣質(zhì)和性格這樣構(gòu)成了人格。 辛亥革命以后，蔡元培便認(rèn)為既然革命已經(jīng)成功，所謂愛國精神就“不在提倡革命，而在養(yǎng)成完全之人格�！睋�(dān)任北京大學(xué)校長以后，他又反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)：“大學(xué)并不是販賣畢業(yè)的機(jī)關(guān)，也不是灌輸固定知識的機(jī)關(guān)，而是研究學(xué)理的機(jī)關(guān)。??研究學(xué)理的結(jié)果，必要影響于人生。”因此他常常對自己的學(xué)生說：你們應(yīng)“當(dāng)有研究學(xué)問之興趣，尤當(dāng)養(yǎng)成學(xué)問家之人格�！�
一位有名的商店經(jīng)理曾經(jīng)說：“有些人生來就有與人交往的天性，他們無論對人對己，處世待人，舉手投足與言談行為都很自然得體，毫不費(fèi)力便能獲得他人的注意和喜愛�？捎行┤吮銢]有這種天賦，他們必須加以努力，才能獲得他人的注意和喜愛。但不論是天生的還是努力的，他們的結(jié)果，無非是博得他人的善意，而那獲得善意的種種途徑和方法，便是‘人格’的發(fā)展�！�
由此可見，人格的重要性。
我們又該如何培養(yǎng)自己的人格魅力呢？
人格是一個人賴以立足人世、創(chuàng)造事業(yè)的根本.因此對於人格魅力的討論便尤為顯得成熟而且必要了.人格魅力不是追求完美，而是發(fā)展積極的心態(tài)，表現(xiàn)真實(shí)的自我 。人格魅力不是刻意表現(xiàn)的，人格魅力的氣質(zhì)存在與骨子里，人格魅力應(yīng)該是一種自然的發(fā)散。 人格魅力這名詞就是一種感覺，為了表達(dá)這種感覺出來而創(chuàng)造的詞 。你真正能打動別人心的只有你的真誠和善良。
第一，在對待現(xiàn)實(shí)的態(tài)度或處理社會關(guān)系上，要培養(yǎng)自己對他人和對集體的真誠熱情、友善、富于同情心，樂于助人和交往，關(guān)心和積極參加集體活動；對自己嚴(yán)格要求，有進(jìn)取精神，自勵而不自大，自謙而不自卑；對待學(xué)習(xí)、工作和事業(yè)，勤奮認(rèn)真。
第二，在理智上，有意識地培養(yǎng)自己感知敏銳、豐富的想像能力，較強(qiáng)的思維邏輯性和創(chuàng)新意識及創(chuàng)造能力。
第三，在情緒上，學(xué)會控制和支配自己的情緒，總是保持樂觀開朗，振奮豁達(dá)的'心境，使自己情緒穩(wěn)定而平衡，與人相處時總是給人帶來歡笑，令人精神舒暢。
第四，在意志上，訓(xùn)練自己做事目標(biāo)明確，行為自覺，善于自制，勇敢果斷，堅韌不拔，積極主動等一系列積極品質(zhì)。
當(dāng)你具有上述這些良好性格特征時，往往會逐漸成為群體中受歡迎和受傾慕的人。
接下來，讓我們再來看看什么是性格。
一位教育家曾說過：一個人的行為日久可以成為習(xí)慣；一個人的習(xí)慣日久可以成為性格；一個人的性格則往往決定他的前途。
性格是指表現(xiàn)在人對現(xiàn)實(shí)的態(tài)度和相應(yīng)的行為方式中的比較穩(wěn)定的、具有核心意義的個性心理特征，是一種與社會相關(guān)最密切的人格特征，在性格中包含有許多社會道德含義。

氣質(zhì)：
氣質(zhì)，指人的生理、心理等素質(zhì)，是相當(dāng)穩(wěn)定的個性特點(diǎn)。也指人的風(fēng)度；模樣。氣質(zhì)是根據(jù)人的姿態(tài)、長相、穿著、性格、行為等元素結(jié)合起來給別人的一種心理感覺，即稱為氣質(zhì)
氣質(zhì)的分類：
多血質(zhì)
靈活性高，易于適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化，善于交際，在工作，學(xué)習(xí)中精力充沛而且效率高； 對什么都感興趣，但情感興趣易于變化；有些投機(jī)取巧，
易驕傲，受不了一成不變的生活。代表人物：韋小寶，孫悟空，王熙鳳。
膽汁質(zhì)
情緒易激動，反應(yīng)迅速，行動敏捷，暴躁而有力；性急，有一種強(qiáng)烈而迅速燃燒的熱情，不能自制；在克服困難上有堅忍不拔的勁頭，但不善于考慮能否做到，工作有明顯的周期性，
能以極大的熱情投身于事業(yè)，也準(zhǔn)備克服且正在克服通向目標(biāo)的重重困難和障礙，但當(dāng)精力消耗殆盡時，便失去信心，情緒頓時轉(zhuǎn)為沮喪而一事無成。代表人物：張飛、李逵、晴雯。 黏液質(zhì)
反應(yīng)比較緩慢，堅持而穩(wěn)健的辛勤工作；動作緩慢而沉著，能克制沖動，嚴(yán)格恪守既定的工作制度和生活秩序；情緒不易激動，也不易流露感情；自制力強(qiáng)，不愛顯露自己的才能；固定性有余而靈活性不足。代表人物：魯迅，薛寶釵。
抑郁質(zhì)
高度的情緒易感性，主觀上把很弱的刺激當(dāng)做強(qiáng)作用來感受，常為微不足道的原因而動感情，且有力持久；行動表現(xiàn)上遲緩，有些孤僻；遇到困難時優(yōu)柔寡斷，面臨危險時極度恐懼。代表人物：林黛玉。
氣質(zhì)對人在與人交往中，都是極其重要講究的。
