and和or的用法：
1、and和or的用法并列結構中，or通常用于否定句，and用于肯定句。但有時and 也可用于否定句。
2、在否定中并列結構用or 連接，但含有兩個否定詞的句子實際被看作是肯定結構，因此要用and。
3、or用于連接并列的單詞、詞組、短語或句子,表示"或者"的意思。or用在選擇疑問句中,靈活譯為"還是"。or用于否定句中,代替and ,表示"和"的意思。
4、or用于連接兩個并列的句子,表示"否則,要不然"的意思。
