高一英語聽力閱讀綜合訓(xùn)練。英語聽力中的難點是如何訓(xùn)練自己對于語音的識別能力。也就是說，第一步是如何做到一聽就知道什么詞、什么詞意，繼而再訓(xùn)練一聽就知道整句話是什么意思、句子的語法結(jié)構(gòu)是什么。
先學(xué)會聽懂單詞，再學(xué)會聽懂句子，以后還要學(xué)會聽懂長篇報道的內(nèi)容。最后是訓(xùn)練一次聽懂的能力。
其中最困難的是對于語音的識別能力。一是要把每個單詞都聽出來;二是要準(zhǔn)確地聽懂生詞的發(fā)音，并從詞典中查到生詞;三是積累背景知識，對于個別發(fā)音非常模糊的單詞，也能憑語感準(zhǔn)確地識別出來。這中間，要花大量時間學(xué)會英語發(fā)音中的連讀、略讀，以及語音、語調(diào)等等。
所有這些能力的培養(yǎng)，都要依靠高度集中的注意力，力求避免“假聽”現(xiàn)象�！凹俾牎笔锹犃τ�(xùn)練中的'大敵，實質(zhì)上是精力分散的表現(xiàn)。好像都聽懂了，實際上有許多是自欺欺人。還有，做聽力對錯選題，也會出現(xiàn)亂猜的缺陷。有時候雖然猜對了題，其實并沒有真聽懂。有的人托�？剂烁叻�，但是聽力并沒有過關(guān)。再有，“假聽”浪費(fèi)了很多時間。有的人聽英語十多年，還是不能聽得很準(zhǔn)確，原因就是聽得不認(rèn)真。
在你克服了自己聽力不足，辯音力不強(qiáng)，或是跟不上語速這些真正的聽力問題后，你最好，去閱讀大量的文字和音像資料，范圍要廣，科技類的，政治的，軍事的，等等，把詞匯量擴(kuò)大，你再聽廣播一定很輕松。
