        鈴兒響叮當(dāng)詩歌欣賞

          (1)

          Dashing thro' the snow,奔馳過雪地,

          In a one-horse open sleigh,只馬無蓬的雪車,

          O'er the fields we go,我們越過田野,

          Laughing all the way;一路笑語不絕;

          Bells on bobtail ring,鈴兒在截短的馬尾上響叮當(dāng),

          Making spirits bright;使我們的精神愉快;

          What fun it is to ride and sing 今晚駕著雪車唱雪車歌

          A sleighing song tonight!樂似活神仙!

          (Refrain:) Jingle, bells! Jingle, bells!(反復(fù))鈴兒響!鈴兒響!

          Jingle all the way!一路響叮當(dāng)!

          Oh! What fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh!啊!坐在只馬蓬的雪車上,哦!說多樂有多樂!

          (2)

          Now the ground is white,大地一片雪白,

          Go it while you're young;趁著年輕去吧;

          Take the girls tonight,今夜帶著女孩們,

          And sing this sleighing song.唱著雪車歌。

          Just get a bob-tailed bay,找只短尾褐馬,

          Two-forty for his speed;每分鐘240步;

          then hitch him to an open sleigh,系在無蓬雪車上,

          And crack! You'll take the lead.劈啪劈啪!由你帶路。

          詩歌欣賞:茵湖島

          The Lake Isle of Innisfree 茵湖島

          I will arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,

          And a small cabin build there, of clay and wattles made;

          Nine bean-rows will I have there, a hive for the honey-bee,

          And Live alone in the bee-loud glade.

          此刻我將動身前去,去那茵湖島,

          在那兒搭建一座小木屋,以泥塊枝椏編織而成;

          種幾地大豆,弄個蜂巢,養(yǎng)些蜜蜂,

          遺世獨(dú)立于那片蜂兒高鳴的林間野地。

          And I shall have some peace there, for peace comes dropping slow,

          Dropping from the veils of the morning to where the cricket sings;

          There midnight's all a glimmer, and noon a purple glow,

          And evening full of the linnet's wings.

          我將在那兒安詳過日子,這安詳緩緩滴落

          由清晨的迷蒙到蟋蟀的鳴唱;

          那兒的子夜,星光閃爍;中午,紫光一片;

          而黃昏,飛滿野雀的紅翼。

          I will arise and go now, for always night and day,

          I hear lake water lapping with low sounds by the shore;

          Whil I stand on the roadway, or on the pavements gray,

          I hear it in the deep heart's core.

          此刻我將動身前去,因?yàn)槿杖找挂?/p>

          我聽到那湖水輕拍岸邊的低語,

          當(dāng)我佇足在大道上,或在灰蒙的小徑時,

          我聽到那湖水在我心深處回響不絕。

          詩歌欣賞:Rain 雨

          Rain is falling all around,雨兒在到處降落,

          It falls on field and tree,它落在田野和樹梢,

          It rains on the umbrella here,它落在這邊的雨傘上,

          And on the ships at sea.又落在航行海上的船只。

          by R. L. Stevenson, 1850-1894

          詩歌欣賞:The Bight

          At low tide like this how sheer the water is.

          White, crumbling ribs of marl protrude and glare

          and the boats are dry, the pilings dry as matches,

          Absorbing, rather than being absorbed,

          the water in the bight doesn't wet anything,

          the color of the gas flame turned as low as possible.

          One can smell it turning to gas; if one were Baudelaire

          one could probably hear it turning to marimba music.

          The little ocher dredge at work off the end of the dock

          already plays the dry perfectly off-beat claves.

          The birds are outsize. Pelicans crash

          into this peculiar gas unnecessarily hard.

          it seems to me, like pickaxes,

          rarely coming up with anything to show for it,

          and going off with humorous elbowings,

          Black-and-white man-of-war birds soar

          on impalpable drafts

          and open their tails like scissors on the curves

          or tense them like wishbones, till they tremble.

          The frowsy sponge boats keep coming in

          with the obliging air of retrievers,

          bristling with jackstraw gaffs and hooks

          and decorated with bobbles of sponges.

          There is a fence of chicken wire along the dock

          where, glinting like little plowshares,

          the blue-gray shark tails are hung up to dry

          for the Chinese-restaurant trade.

          Some of the little white boats are still piled up

          against each other, or lie on their sides, stove in,

          and not yet salvaged, if they ever will be, from the last bad storm.

          like torn-open, unanswered letters.

          the bight is littered with old correspondences.

          Click. Click. Goes the dredge,

          and brings up a dripping jawful of marl.

          All the untidy activity continues,

          awful but cheerful.

          海潮退到這樣的時候,水便分外清澈了。

          白色的石灰泥灘,層層露出水來,浪紋斑駁,閃耀亮眼。

          條條小船,曬得干干的;根根木樁,則干得像火柴棒。

          吸收而非被吸收,

          海灣里的水弄不濕任何東西,

          而且呈現(xiàn)出一種瓦斯火開至最低時的顏色。

          你可以聞到那海水正轉(zhuǎn)化成瓦斯;假如你是波特萊爾的話

          你說不定可以聽到那海水正轉(zhuǎn)化成馬林巴木琴的聲音。

          而碼頭尾端,一個褐色小型撈網(wǎng)正在那里撈著

          一直在那里以絕對冷硬的'調(diào)子,打著雙節(jié)棒,伴奏著。

          水鳥都是特大號的。鵜鶘嘩啦沖

          入這一泓奇異的瓦斯之中,真是小題大作,

          這景象對我來說,有點(diǎn)像鶴嘴鋤,

          一鋤下去,拉回來看看,什么也沒有,

          于是只好游到一邊,樣子滑稽的擠入鵜鶘堆里去了。

          黑白相間的軍艦鳥翱翔在

          捉摸不定的氣流里

          尾巴張開,如剪刀彎彎裁過

          尾巴緊繃,如叉骨繃然顫動。

          腥臭的海綿船不斷的開了進(jìn)來

          以一種獵狗銜回東西般的殷勤姿態(tài),

          上面豎立著稻草人般的魚叉魚鉤

          裝飾著垂懸吊幌的海綿。

          沿著碼頭,有一排方格鐵絲網(wǎng)墻

          上面,掛著閃閃發(fā)光犁刀般

          灰藍(lán)鯊的尾巴,一條條的,在那里風(fēng)干,

          準(zhǔn)備賣給中國餐館。

          一些白色的小船,仍然相互靠在一起

          堆著放,或側(cè)著放,船身破裂,

          還沒修好(要是將來真還會去修的話),都是上回暴風(fēng)弄壞的,

          像一封封拆開而沒有回復(fù)的信。

          這小海灣內(nèi)到處都丟著廢棄的信件。

          卡啦卡啦,撈網(wǎng)上下?lián)浦?/p>

          撈上來滴滴答答一大堆石灰泥。

          所有亂七八糟的事都在進(jìn)行著,糟是糟透了,不過卻滿愉快的。

          詩歌欣賞:The Arrow And The Song 箭與歌

          (1)

          I shot an arrow in the air,我向空中射了一箭,

          It fell to earth, I knew not where;它已落到地面,我不知道其去向;

          For so swiftly it flew, the sight 因它飛得如此地快速

          Could not follow it in its flight.視力無法跟得上它的飛馳。

          (2)

          I breathed a song into the air,我向空中輕歌一曲,

          It fell to earth, I knew not where;它已落地而停,我不知其去向;

          For who has sight so keen and strong,誰有這么敏銳的視力,

          That it can follow the flight of song? 能跟得上歌聲的飛馳?

          (3)

          Long, long afterward, in an oak 很久,很久以后,在一棵橡樹上,

          I found the arrow still unbroke;我發(fā)現(xiàn)它依然完好無損;

          And the song, from beginning to end,而這首歌,從頭到尾,

          I found again in the heart of a friend.我發(fā)現(xiàn)又深印在一位友人的心上。

          by H. W. Longfellow

          詩歌欣賞:Pippa's Song 琵琶之歌

          The year's at the spring,一年之計在于春,

          And day's at the morn;一日之計在于晨;

          Morning's at seven;一晨之計在于七時;

          The hillside's dew-pearled;山坡上裝點(diǎn)著珍珠般的露水珠露;

          the lark's on the wing;云雀在風(fēng)中飛躍;

          The snail's on the thorn;山壚上蝸牛爬行

          God's in his heaven---神在天堂司宇宙

          All's right with the world!世上一切都太平!

          by Robert Browning, 1812-1889
