讓英文簡(jiǎn)歷更有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力

　　1.簡(jiǎn)歷是你能力的體現(xiàn)，不是用來(lái)描述個(gè)人情況的。你的簡(jiǎn)歷雖然用來(lái)說明你是最符合目標(biāo)職位的人選，但是你應(yīng)該在其中羅列你的技能，而不是寫這個(gè)職位能給你帶來(lái)什么好處。

　　2.精簡(jiǎn)為佳。為了寫出一份有“市場(chǎng)需求"的簡(jiǎn)歷，你必須狠下心把無(wú)關(guān)的優(yōu)勢(shì)都去掉。不要長(zhǎng)篇大論，應(yīng)用簡(jiǎn)短的句子描述。不要讓看你簡(jiǎn)歷的人像看文章一樣“閱讀”，因?yàn)樗麄儾粫?huì)花那么多時(shí)間這樣做。只要跟你目標(biāo)職位無(wú)關(guān)的亮點(diǎn)，全部都不應(yīng)該寫。

　　3.學(xué)習(xí)新技能。如果你現(xiàn)在還沒找到工作，花點(diǎn)時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)與你職業(yè)規(guī)劃相關(guān)的技能，并把它們寫在簡(jiǎn)歷上。如果你一直都想考個(gè)證，就報(bào)班爭(zhēng)取拿到證書。這會(huì)讓你在求職中更有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

　　4.利用人脈�，F(xiàn)在就是你利用關(guān)系網(wǎng)的時(shí)候了——臉譜網(wǎng)、推特等等。記住，一份優(yōu)秀的簡(jiǎn)歷只有在被人欣賞的情況下才能稱得上好簡(jiǎn)歷。

　　1.Your resume is about your skills, not about you. Of course, the resume is about why you’re great for the role. But be careful that the resume is about what skills you bring to the table, and not what you want to get out of the role.

　　2. Less is more. In order to craft a marketable resume, be ruthless in editing your resume. Don’t use blocks of text; use bullet points. Don’t make someone do a lot of reading, because they won’t. Anything that doesn’t sell you as an awesome candidate should be cut.

　　3. Learn new skills. If you’re currently unemployed, take the time to learn a new skill that’s related to your career and document it on your resume. If there’s a certificate you’ve been meaning to get, take the course and earn the certification. It will make you that much more competitive.

　　4. Tap into your network. Now is the time to draw on your formal and informal network — Facebook, Twitter and elsewhere. Remember, a marketable resume is good only when you have a market for it.
