這是對你大學(xué)期間學(xué)習(xí)的描述，要能讓HR清楚地知道你讀的是什么學(xué)校，學(xué)的是什么專業(yè)，取得什么學(xué)歷，有沒有第二專業(yè)，有沒有參加過其他的培訓(xùn)（比如職業(yè)資格考試培訓(xùn)）等。有的學(xué)生為了說明成績優(yōu)秀，會把成績單也附上，我個人認為這沒有太大的必要。

學(xué)以致用，對于學(xué)生來說，最大的不同就是在讀書期間有沒有走出校門尋找一些社會工作機會，如果你有過這樣的經(jīng)歷比如參加促銷、實習(xí)等一類的活動，要寫出來，這樣會幫你爭取到勝出的機會。有的同學(xué)參加的活動比較多，有的哪怕只是參與了一點點，也會在簡歷上詳細地羅列出來。我認為這也是沒有必要的，選擇一些和你所應(yīng)聘的職位相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷就夠了。所謂言多必失，有時候反而會讓處于尷尬的境地，這種情形在面試中是經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的。
